Betjening var virkelig god, alle spørgsmål blev besvaret hurtigt, alle problemer løst med det samme. Betjeningen var meget venlig.Vi nød de mange små bekræftende sætninger. Vi nød værelset og rengøring. Restaurenten er god og betjeningen god. |

Friendly check-in staff and very good location. This hotel touts itself as a 5 Star hotel. At best it is a 3 star hotel. The rooms are very out dated, the beds are barely average and the bathroom is very old. When returning to the hotel for the evening, the door key card didn't work and it took several trips down to reception before finally security staff had to let me into the room. Overall, I was very disappointed. |

Location was exceptional, room quality, cleanliness, spaciousness, sound restriction and amenities were flawless. A very small yet irritating thing, one of the floodlights directly outside my window would intermittantly turn off and on. |

Very nice hotel. Very friendly staff. The bar was very nice. The fitness center cost an extra 12 Euros to use, and it wasn't even very nice. |

The late 5pm checkout on Sunday was great also fantastic location right opposite central station. Staff were informative but always looked miserable.Service with a smile would have been nice. |

The location is excellent for transit passengers, the lobby is welcoming and the concierge lads are polite and friendly Not a thing however when we left the hotel I left my navy blue shorts behind (my fault entirely).
