Decor, amazing location, friendly well spoken staff.nice relaxing environment and music in the lounge/entrance areas.

the only thing i could possibly comment on would be the dated exterior, I realise it is under modernisation so maybe this is in the renovation scheme.otherwise all was great!

all requests were met promptly and courteously, e.g., more soap and toilet paper, repair of one bathroom light, additional towels

room very small for two people. no space to leave open suitcases. shower leaked onto the floor every time we used it,indicating a major design/engineering flaw. water from sink faucet splashed everywhere because of faulty design. shower apparatus extremely complicated to use - no written instructions given.

The situation close to every interesting points. The room is new an very nice decorated.

The hotel is making changes and the noise start at 7 o clock so the rates would be less than are, but I will return definitly.

Room was obviously recently renovated and was completed to a very nice standard.

Stated in your description that there was on site parking but on arrival it was full. Most annoying as that was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel. Also, as I am sure you are aware, there is building work on going so quite a bit of noise in the mornings

The hotel is location is very good. The hotel is under renovation, but it didn't disturb us at all, on the contrary it was nice to see how the finished renovation will look like. The room was quite nice and the beds one of the better ones. Especially the mood-light behind the beds were fun to play with.

The furniture in the room was somehow badly placed that struck the eye. No place to hang your towels in the bathroom and no prices for mini bar (which was a bit dirty also). The breakfast was ridiculously expensive (didn't try it out).

The hotel is still being refurbished in the ground floor areas but this caused no problems with our stay whatsoever. The rooms are finished now however and I loved the modern design of our room. The room was a good size and very clean and comfortable. We were in a great tourist location within 5 mins of the nightlife, park and museum district. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Plenty of staff to cope with a busy check in period. All the staff were pleasant, polite and helpful.

I think at 199 Euros for a one night stay without breakfast is just a little on the expensive side.

Rather nice hotel, breakfast was good, and with the discount given by the hotel the price was reasonable.

The hotel is under reapirs now, so you can not get to some rooms on the lift. The conditioning was really annoying switching on by itself and making the room unbearably hot. Shower was leeking, which was strange for a brand new equipment. But probably the largest drawback is the absence of any kind of wardrobes, garderobes, hangers or anything else to put your things into.

The location was great.

The hotel was undergoing a major renovation. There were construction
materials strewn about the hallways, noise, and plastic tarps up.
Service at the hotel bar was marginal. Young female patrons received
much better service than we did. Our room was ok, but for 330 Euro per
night, it should have been a lot better; especially given the vast
amount of renovation in common areas.
