FranceIf I can give 11 points out of 10 I will. From the moment you enter the building you feel every details the owner put to make your stay lovely. There’s kitchen , fridge, they offer towel rental which is great for light traveler like us. You will find hangers shelf outside each room which is definitely helpful for a beach city . The breakfast is great. Fresh healthy and a great variety of choices. The staff are super friendly and answers to our need or questions in a very responsive manner. If I come again to this city I will not hesitate to stay here again!

United StatesThe resort was gorgeous! The room was huge! It was easily the biggest and nicest place we stayed at on our European vacation but it was also easily the least expensive. I loved the area and how close it was to a town. The streets were all manicured nicely! The staff went out of their way to be nice to us. The heated pool was amazing! Loved the sauna / hot tub/ steam room and gym as well. I liked it so much I might buy a unit! Can’t say enough great things about this place. The romantic package I paid for was so well presented with rose petals everywhere and champagne as well as chocolate to die for. The cliff lines out there are breathtaking and the Bengali caves kayak tour was a must do!! Unless you’re out of shape…then maybe take a boat or see if you can find an escalator.

We arrived on the day of the black and white festival! We were very tired from travelling but made the effort to get dressed up and go to it and boy! Are we glad we did! Absolutely amazing ! The atmosphere was out of this world and would definitely go again. There were also things on the main stage during the week in the square by the beach - an amazing band on the Thursday night and a brilliant disco on Saturday night! This place is such a great value.
This place is such a great value. The experiences, dining, and lodging are not overpriced. Definitely recommend Benagil & Carvoeiro beach. These beaches are big & clean & offer great foto opportunities. The people running the tourist attraction like kayaking, boat, or food tours are all very kind. Carvoeiro was busier than we thought with a wide range of restaurants. You can get burgers etc if you want to but at the top of the main street, walking away from the main beach, there are a few lovely Portuguese and Italian restaurants which serve fabulous food and are quiet. Carvoerio is beautiful town with some lovely beaches. The area is very hilly and anyone with mobility problems could find it difficulty getting around. It started with the staff when I accidently booked the wrong dates and I received a phone call from them trying to sort out my mistake - far beyond the call of duty. The location was perfect as I was on the beach within 50 metres of the hotel. The food was very good, particularly the included breakfast. Carvoeiro was central on the Algarve and was a small fishing village with lots of charm. Also plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants as well as shopping opportunities. Casa Julio is a beautiful, very spacious, and very clean apartment with really nice features (including a super balcony, an excellent kitchen, rooftop terrace and barbecue, and a really good smart TV.) There are some lovely restaurants right beside the apartment.
