I recommend this place on its cleanliness merits alone.
I recommend this place on its cleanliness merits alone. Aside from that if you are going for business IN HOUSTON TX…. Look for a hotel in HOUSTON. This was oddly laid out rooms and way too far from where I needed to be.

We were there because my husband was having cancer scans the next morning. We traveled 5 hours to get there so we really were not interested in anything else that evening. We did find that there were a number of good restraunts nearby. And we were very close to M D Anderson for his appointments the next morning. We were told they have one coming to Houston soon. I hope so. Our favorite hotel there is in a slow decline.

The Woodlands is a great spot to stay and play.
The Woodlands is a great spot to stay and play. Our family has gone there for 20 years for short stays, both when I travel for work and for leisure. If we ever move to Houston, we will live in The Woodlands !

The hotel was close to shopping and restaurants .
The hotel was close to shopping and restaurants . The entrance to the hotel was had to spot but is right off the interstate so it was easy to access the interstate just watch the traffic because it is very heavy in the area of the hotel.
I have lived in The Woodlands area since 2000 and been to the hotel many times. In fact, my son and DIL had their wedding reception there and going back to stay next week. I used to go to group happy hours and listen to bands there before the pandemic. I moved away about a year. and a half ago. Just back to visit with friends and family and go to wine walk. I feel the rates are a little high. And I feel that is so for most every hotel I've stayed in in the last year. But, it is a very nice place and I will be back.
We stayed two nights here. the breakfast was pretty good. There was a good variety to choose from. The room and hotel were clean. The hot tub in our room was great, plenty of hot water to fill it. I loved how we were able to climb in and relax while watching a movie. The bed was comfortable as well. The location was spot on with the plans we had in The Woodlands with plenty of restaurants to choose from.
The location of the hotel was perfect. The room was decent. The bed and our location of room was perfect. Everything else sucked, especially the staff! Even though we were right next to the office, they didn't clean our room. The thing that was the worse is our toilet wasn't working and we gave them a full day and they didn't come fix it. I asked about again and they got rude.
We stayed in the 2 bedroom queen suite. It was huge! Pretty much a fully furnished 2 bed/2 bath apartment. Exceeded all of our expectations, especially for the price. The location is perfect too. It's within walking distance to the Pavillion, shopping centers & taco bell is right next door lol We will definitely be staying here everytime we go to the Woodlands.
The location and the price is simply amazing i love the fact that you are greeted when you arrive and everything is already prepared for you when you arrive this is a hidden gem and the quietness of the hotel and the sizes of the room makes all the better your 1.5 miles away from the woodlands mall which has everything literally definitely will be back!
The hotel is in an amazing location - right in the middle of shops and still feels secluded and serene. Check in was easy and efficient and the staff were absolutely wonderful. The room was beautiful and clean with good views of the town centre. Overall, I feel the service was exceptional, and I feel the room was pricey but good value for money.
The free breakfast was adequate. The location was the obvious reason for the hotel choice, within 5 minutes of M D Anderson CC in the Woodlands. Located next to Willies' Grill, and across from a shopping center are positive for the location.
Also, the staff was friendly. and the gym was adequate.
The beds were not comfortable...mattresses sagged. There was no refrigerator in the room. Breakfast was VERY DISAPPOINTING. Nothing more than a a toaster to heat bagels and a waffle heater...some yogurt. No fresh fruit. They really shouldn't call this "breakfast".
The location was great, near restaurants and beautiful views. Very nice area. If you have to stay in Houston, and only have to travel, or willing to travel 20-45, to your location, I would recommend this hotel, it's worth it. Also, complimentary breakfast was nice.
The staff was beyond excellent. We don't normally stay in a hotel for this long, but this hotel makes you want to stay longer. The Woodlands/Conroe area has much to offer travelers. The staff was friendly and professional.
The hotel is located conveniently off the highway near stores and restaurants. They had a easy grab-n-go breakfast which was perfect for the kids as well as coffee and a bar. The rooms were clean, modern, and spacious.
Friendly staff. Large comfortable room.
Free cocktail drinks and a mini dinner style snacks from 5.30 pm all free of charge.
Breakfast included.
Great priced Hotel

The Hotel is in a very convenient location, walkin distance from the woodlands mall and street market, the staff was super friendly and helpful, the room was very clean plus we had a great view
