Beyond beautiful area of Maui. We were fascinated by the small beaches and beautiful gardens. So many amazing places for meals.. pick up or dine in... most with amazing views.
Nature is at her very best all over this island!!

I have been staying here since it opened.
I have been staying here since it opened. Rented 3 rooms for our family. I think the BS resort fees charged today are simply rip off fees. As much as I love this property, and I can afford it, they have priced themselfs to high and I will not be returing again. I had requested rooms close, 2 were, and the 3rd was way off. Spending what I did they could and should have accommodated me. Much advanced notice. Remodel is nice and beds are much more comfortable now. Should have replaced the noisy corridor tile without the grout lines. Very loud when people move their suitcases.

We loved the area!
We loved the area! Amazing beaches, restaurants, shopping, and family activities/outings - so much to chose from. The owners provided everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. It was a bonus to have 2 full bathrooms. I especially enjoyed the early morning ocean view from the lanai to sit & enjoy my coffee in paradise!

Wailea was a great beach. It is large with soft golden sand.
Wailea was a great beach. It is large with soft golden sand. It’s exactly like I picture a beach should be. It never got too crowded and there was a small store that sold drinks, shaved ice and snacks. We drove here two of the four beach days we had. Our next trip we intend on staying close to Wailea.

We enjoyed the Gazebo Restaurant in Napili.
We enjoyed the Gazebo Restaurant in Napili. Also enjoyed Kihei Caffe and ate quite a few breakfasts there. Also 808 Grindz Cafe in Lahaina. We always go to Warren & Annabelle's Magic (and comedy) Show also in Lahaina. We have our own copy of Maui Revealed and were pleased that the most recent edition was in the condo, best Hawaii travel book, imo. We went whale watching with PacWhale Eco-Adventures which was wonderful but I would not recommend them for the Molokini Crater snorkeling adventure as we saw so little fish. The Reveal book states NOT to go to the center of the crater and that's exactly where PacWhale took us. We took a side trip to La Perouse Bay where we understand Bezos has a property - lucky him! We also enjoy going on a Costco run on the Islands - what an adventure that is!
We also made a run to Wailuki to purchase the best Banana Bread on the planet at Julia's Best Banana Bread.
That's all folks and thank you for letting me share!

Wailea is the best place to stay on Maui!!
Wailea is the best place to stay on Maui!! The weather is the best on the island, there are many excellent dining options, it is very safe and, when there’s not Construction near you, very quiet and relaxing. But be prepared to pay for these privileges. You get what you pay for and if you crave the best, this is the place for you.
Pool is well maintained and very good for family. Play area has mini golf, tennis and a couple of other activities and hotel provides all the equipment. Watching sunset over the grassy little hill in the resort with the mountains in the backdropped capped our experience. Lots of plants and flowers within the resort. There are some artificial waterfalls too. There were some barbeques in the common area too. We saw some people enjoy it but didn't use it ourselves. Overall, an awesome place, specially for family.
Our appartment was fully equiped like your house it was really incredible ... it was beyond our expectation (we even had some sun umbrellas and beach chairs). Very convenient to go to beach directly without crossing the road as for many others resorts in the area. The staff is super reactive and friendly : we had many requests and they always quickly adressed everything. The gardens are very nice. Location is great to get quick access to many nice beach and snorkeling spots.
Way too overpriced for what we got. A very old hotel room with 2 little and very uncomfortable beds, a tiny bathroom and just a minibar & coffee machine. Everything old and dusty. We checked in after 10pm and they couldn't find our reservation, the lady on the phone was very rude and helpless. We could only get into the room by 11.30pm thanks to a security guy who helped us. Visitors can only park in the 4th floor WITH NO ELEVATOR!!
The view of the ocean is very nice. But no chairs to sit. With seniors it is very difficult to sit on the sand with beach towels. The hotel should have their own shed of chairs for guest to use. It will then be more enjoyable stay. Everything is walkable for food.
The hotel should have a golf cart to shuttle seniors / kids over to nearby stores or shops. Just a suggestion.
It’s a beautiful resort, the pool area is great. We went in off peak season so was able to get a spot to sit by the pool each time. They have resort activities like yoga or paddle boarding (for free)! The food on-site is of great quality too. Staff are super attentive and helpful. Fairly convenient to get around and they have a complimentary car service for drops offs near by.
We really enjoyed our stay at Maui What A Wonderful World B&B. It was very comfortable and was in a fantastic location. Eva and Jim were extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful, and provided us with great recommendations to explore Maui. We overall had a great stay and we highly recommend this Bed and Breakfast!
The 1 bedroom apartment was lovely & spacious and it also had 2 bathrooms with a kitchen! It was walking distance to the beach and all the local bars also known as the triangle! The view was beautiful , if I plan another vacation to Maui , I will definitely be staying here again! I absolutely loved it!
Everything was absolutely wonderful.
Very nice staff at the reception (thank you Rosie!) and many thanks to everyone at the reception desk !
in our last day it was a water break and guys was very professional and helpful!
Not our first time in Wailea but it was the nicest!
Absolutely worth the money!
The resort is located in a beautiful spot, the view from the lobby and for the adults pool is stunning. Also it is just a quick drive away from Kihei, which offers a lot of restaurant options.
Our bedroom was quite spacious and we liked the fact that the hotel had an adults only pool.
What can be better than a week on the beach in Wailea/Kihei area. Grounds at Ekahi are beautiful, units are private and quiet. Only 2 floors, so you feel you're really in Hawaii, rather than the big hotels with loud courtyards. We like the pool and easy access to the beach.
It was clean, very spacious and nice views to the ocean and sunset from the balcony. Walking distance from the best Wailea has to offer. It was well and tastefully furnished. Had plenty of beach towels to use.
The location is nice, very close to the beach and the ground and pool area are nice. Convenient location if you want to go to Keawakapu, one of the nicest beach in Maui.
