We were very excited about staying with our 3 children.
We were very excited about staying with our 3 children. We booked a suite, but when booking we were not informed that half the water park was closed. We were extremely disappointed. As it was a non refundable purchase. Also unaware of the construction going on. We were so confused on how to get to the other part of the resort. We were walking through parts of the hallways with work being done. We were told we couldn't. When asked for help on how to get to our room the gentlemen couldn't direct us . We did enjoy the outside pool. The rooms were clean, the shower had nice hot water. We visited the restaurant and the food was really good. Maybe when renovations are over will have a better experience.

Having stayed in several places in Cape Cod during four visits to the area, I wouldn't stay in Hyannis again. We stayed to be near the ferries to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket. It doesn't have the charm of other villages and towns nearby. There are a few good shops though but excellent accommodation is hard to find there.

Hotels and restaurants and shops were all within a short distance from one another. Many things to do in Hyannis (we've been going there for years). Kennedy museum is a must and the beach at the Kennedy memorial is beautiful. Ferry service to the islands is right there and convenient. Just a beautiful place to visit.

Hyannis is a great town next to the sea with ferries leaving for Marthas Vineyard and Nantucket. The bars and restaurants are excellent. The parks are good. JfK dominates the town so plenty of history around.

Nice and central location at Cape Cod.
Nice and central location at Cape Cod. You can enjoy the beaches, walking through "downtown" Hyannis, along the harbor Side. There is a large Shopping mall just outside Hyannis.
But Main Street is the best place to strawl along and shop whatever you need. Restaurants for different budgets are available.
We might come again.

A good location from which to explore Cape Cod.
A good location from which to explore Cape Cod. Were able to do a number of day trips - Martha's Vineyard, Provincetown. Also time to visit a beach or two. A short drive from Boston Airport and so very accessible.
Enjoyed dinner in both Hyannis and Provincetown and enjoyed a nice breakfast as the golf course after getting off the Ferry to Martha's Vineyard
the location was fantastic, overlooking the marina at Hyannis, and only a short walk to the ferry ports and to main street. this is such a peaceful spot. the room was spacious and comfortable with a really large TV and everything we needed. There is a lovely swimming pool to relax by after a day exploring the cape. the staff here are really helpful and friendly also. A real gem of a hotel and no doubt when we return to cape cod we will look to stay here again
A true cottage-core location in Hyannis: it is the perfect spot to go around Cape Cod, especially if you would like to go on a whale watching cruise. The owner, Martin, is probably the kindest & nicest man alive: he organized for us to have a few snacks for breakfast once he learned that we would have to leave before breakfast service started. He’s also super great to talk to and can recommend a lot of places around here!!
A perfect location next to the ferry, wonderful hospitality, super clean room, and great amenities with the kitchenette. We will only stay at this wonderful hotel when we return to Hyannis. I would also recommend our friends to stay in this hotel. Hotel owner and his wife are super kind. They will try to do anything as they can to make you happy during your stay. Ooh, they also help guests to book ferry tickets. Lucy/Frank
The location was great at the Holiday Inn! The rooms were very small, the bathrooms were nicely remodeled, the bed very comfortable. You can hear every voice in the hallway, or rooms next to you, making it very noisy at night sometimes.
The bar was nice, the restaurant not real nice.
The hotel was in close proximity to many good restaurants, also drug stores, department store, etc. You definately need a car!
Clean, older property with 3 floors in downtown Hyannis. Indoor and outdoor pool. One street behind Main Street, convenient to restaurants and shops. Laundry mat within walking distance. Staff peasant. We stayed here after spending long weekend on Martha’s Vineyard. Short drive from ferry terminal. Nice hotel to relax in before the long drive home.
location is top in hyannis, you can walk to kennedy museum to ferry to nantucket, main st restaurants, supermarkets etc; there's a laudable effort in keeping everything clean despite motel being old, felt safe and quiet due to location despite being an older motel, staff came right away when there was a toillet proble,
Absolutely fantastic place!
The staff was super friendly and helpful, they gave us a lot of recomendations about where to go and what to do at cape cod.
The hotel is really clean and the room as well.
The location is very close to the town center and to the boats to the islands.
We definitely recommed this place!!
We enjoyed the hotel's excellent location. It is close to the ferry, restaurants, shopping. We also enjoyed the comfortableness of the room. The air conditioner worked great, the mattress and linens were nice. Breakfast offerings were good, too. The tv was large. Parking was ample as well.
Great location, very clean property inside and out, friendly and helpful staff, great pool, close to harbor and ferries. I’m picky about hotels and this is somewhere I would stay again if/when returning to Hyannis.
The hotel location and staff were excellent. The room was good and very clean. Breakfast was excellent value for money. We would certainly stay at the Anchor Inn again.
