I loved the balcony overlooking the river. The size of the room was great. We had a water leak from the bathroom cieling I called the desk and they sent someone out immediately. The outdoor spaces were definitely a plus and make for a peaceful environment. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was good for the price .

We had such a blast even with our 15 month old son, our 14-year-old loves going to pigeon Forge to ride the go carts. Dicks last resort is definitely a go to for dinner, but you have to be able to take the comedy in raunchiness. So much fun! The hospitality was amazing 🥰 I love going to the candy store along the strip right past the rolling ball. They have such a selection of gummy‘s and that is one of my favorite things. The Ripleys arcade and gift shop is really fun too they have rubber snakes and two headed animal stuffed animals. Would definitely recommend anybody. Even the adult side of things was fun 🤩

Gatlinburg is a great location to use as a base for hiking the Great Smoky Mountains. BUT the 'town' of Gatlinburg is a mix of a bad theme park and tacky portion of Las Vegas. Such a shame that the town was not developed as a lovely base of a hiking village for the National Park.

My family and I stayed here previously 4 years ago and had a great time. We decided to stay here again this trip. The location is good, you can walk to downtown Gatlinburg pretty easy and there is a parking deck at the hotel. There is an indoor pool and outdoor pool and hot tub. There is a fire pit in the common area that was nice in the evening. The room was clean and the employees at check in were very nice.
The 2 gentlemen at the check in counter were very friendly and helpful. They took the time to explain all the hotel amenities to us. The hotel looks to be recently updated with a modern/ mountain feel; a great hotel feel for Gatlinburg. The hotel was very clean and the fireplace a little balcony were nice perks. Awesome location which made walking around downtown super convenient.
Check-in and check out were smooth. The Room was clean and look to have been recently refurbished. Beds were comfortable and clean. Amenities were simple, but fit our needs for this trip. Worth the expense to be in downtown and easy walking distance from everything in Gatlinburg. And we never had problems with parking, which is always great.
I loved that the property was quiet and peaceful. The hotel is a short walk up the hill from downtown Gatlinburg. It is close, but far enough away to feel relaxing and spacious. The stream outside our balcony was just beautiful. Everything in the room was spotless. The room even SMELLED clean. We would definitely stay here again.
Everything! We got a whole apartment to ourselves for cheaper than a hotel! And it was perfect! It has a small but functional kitchen and a living room with a hideaway couch. It is downtown close to the Ober Gatlinburg entrance. We didn't have to pay to park downtown, we just walked. We will definitely stay here again!
I liked it’s location within walking distance of downtown Gatlinburg. The best view for the creek is the first floor. the third and fourth you won’t see a stream you’d see the massive construction site behind the hotel. luckily we had a lower level 1st floor room. the hotel snack and food bar was good food.
We enjoyed the sound of the brook behind our room and wished the weather was warmer to enjoy the balcony, pool, and maybe a fire. Breakfast was very good and served by a friendly server. The hotel was in walking distance to the main strip.
We've stayed here a couple times now and really enjoy the hotel! The staff is kind and helpful and the rooms are very clean and comfortable! You're also right downtown and within walking distance to most things in Gatlinburg
The breakfast was better than most hotels, front desk staff was quick to check-in and check-out, and service when additional room items were needed arrived quickly and effortlessly.
We were able to check in early.
The hotel needs updates, but rooms were spacious and we were in walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg. The price was great.
