We had a wonderful weekend in Paris with famliy. Having merely passed through on previous occasions, it was a delight to spend time in this beautiful city. I particularly enjoyed the Haussmann architecture, the exquisite bakeries and groucery shops and the traditional cafes and bars. We enjoyed a leisurely afternoon in the Jardins des Tuileries where my granddaughter had fun on the trampolines, before seeing Monet's beautiful Water Lilly room in Le Musée de l’Orangerie. Another day, we took the river boat up and down the Seine, a great way to see the sights and save your feet! We also went on the funicular up to atmospheric Montmatre. We had fabulous food and drink in various resteraunts and everyone was helpful and the service everywhere was excellent. I can definately say I fell in love with Paris!

A beatiful city that would leave any tourist satisfied.
I had walks in parks and next to the river, visited the Louvre, the arc de Triumph and watched the Eiffel Tower light up from the other side of the river, a memory that I will cherish for the rest of my life.
The food is top tier, with quality ingredients and local dishes that are a must when visiting.
The metro was easy to use and got me anywhere I needed pretty fast, with the only downside that I did not get to see more of the city while travelling, as it was underground

Love visiting Paris.
Love visiting Paris. The metro system is very complete and easy to use, meaning you don't have to stay in city center. The Louvre is of course great, too big for one day. Many great museums, too many to list, but D'Orsay and Rodin are our favorites. People are always friendly, try to use some French they appreciate the effort.

Every corner has something new to experience. People are so very nice and helpful. It is the most romantic place for a wedding. I rented an apartment for almost 2 month and lived a fairy tale before my wedding day in Paris.

Paris is beautiful and there is so much to see.
Paris is beautiful and there is so much to see. Public transport with the metro is perfect. Parisians were friendly and helpful (a long time ago that was very different). Metro: first we bought a few 3 zone passes, but later realized that 2 zones was enough or even a few single rides. The sad thing about Paris is that you almost can't visit some places without reservations. For example the catacombs, most of the time it is sold out 3, 4 or 5 days in advance. Or other popular places were you have to wait very long if you haven't made a reservation. We made reservations for almost everything we wanted to see and that helps a lot with the waiting time.

Paris is an incredible city, there is just so much to see...
Paris is an incredible city, there is just so much to see and experience. This short trip was ideal to pick a few sights to visit (for this trip) - The Louvre (also only one wing), the Eiffel Tower, a bus tour, Notre Dame, a river cruise. Just right to get a feel, a taster and know, that we want to come again to see more!
Lenôtre - fantastic meals (our breakfasts :) ), Dinner at the Eiffel Tower, such a special experience (Madame Brasserie).
The public transport is well-connected and easy to use.

The hotel could not of been more perfect - great location, staff were very welcoming & helpful and hotel was kept to a very high standard.
Our room had a balcony which overlooked a Parisian styled building which was a nice touch.
The walk to the Eiffel Tower isn’t so bad despite it being around 30 mins however uber is so cheap over there with it costing around €8-11 to it.
This is one of the best hotels in Paris ... a legend with a massive history. I have stayed a number of times. Every room is unique. Photos of former guests in each room. Last time: Iggy Pop! This time: Jack Nicholson pictured on the night of the World Cup Final 1998. France 3, Brazil 0. Jack wearing the tricolore on his cheek. Red, white, blue...I love you!
This is a budget hotel and therefore we expected it to feel basic. We stayed for 1 night while changing trains and just wanted somewhere cheap and central. Location is great near several metro stations. The room and shared shower was clean, the mattress was comfortable and the staff were very friendly. For the price we paid in Paris it was a decent deal.
We had a nice and quiet room on 4th floor. Staff was available 24h and the location of the hotel is amazing! Public parking is on the same street and cost 16$ per day which is very cheap for Paris. All area seems to be really safe! We can definitely recommend this hotel!
The hotel was amazing, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Line 13 is close, so it's easy to reach any place in Paris. There's groceries close by to get cheap meals and nice restaurants close by. I highly recommend and for sure I have plans to comeback.
