Bus tour gives you opportunity to go around the city for 2 days. Visit the museums, the Library and a Walker gallery in the centre. Visit 2 large cathedrals, walk along the pier, take a ferry trip on the river Mersey. Visit Liver building, enjoy street musicians and places connected to the Beatles. There is an amazing Empire Theatre - don't miss visiting it!
3-4 days of sightseeing would be enough!

Liverpool is a vibrant city that offers an exceptional blend of shopping and football culture. The diverse range of shops, from high street brands to unique boutiques, makes it a shopper's paradise. After a fulfilling day of shopping, catching a football match is a thrilling experience, with the passionate atmosphere at the stadium leaving a lasting impression. Additionally, Liverpool is home to The Beatles, and fans can explore various attractions dedicated to the legendary band, such as The Beatles Story museum. The compact layout of the city allows easy access to these attractions, making it convenient to navigate between shopping districts, football venues, and cultural sites. Overall, Liverpool is a fantastic destination that captures the essence of both retail therapy and sports enthusiasm

We only went there for the Beatles and our tour was excellent. Staying at the port area was close to buses etc so perfect for our needs. The port was interesting but blowing a gale and freezing which was bad luck.
Apart from that I didn't see anything to make me want to return to Liverpool unfortunately.
