Overpriced
Lack of meal options
Can’t use refrigerator for your own supplies
No microwave
TV didn’t work well. Sound would cut out and pixels would fail
Other than ski resorts, there is nothing other than the casino to do in the winter

Beautiful location and facility, but night entertainment was disappointing. If you are a gambler or golfer, it’s perfect. The food was overpriced; buffet food options didn’t meet the price point. The Bistecca restaurant was great, but expensive. All the staff we encountered were wonderful.

We love hiking, so it was wonderful.
We love hiking, so it was wonderful. Many trails nearby and within a few miles away. The forest was tranquil and serene. Mount Pocono is a wonderful place to find, or rekindle love. We both found our love renewed. Looking forward to returning.

The indoor pool was too cold and apparently have gotten many many complaints and no one is doing anything about it. They clearly do not care about the pool situation. It’s October and they had the outdoor pool window/ door open which brought in the cold water and no tarp on the outside pool.

Well, casino was very cold.
Well, casino was very cold. But the big issue is the smoke smell.Very bad, got into our clothes and we don't smoke. I was asked at check in, what time would I like maid service for my room. I said, 11:30 am. Well, that never happened. Never git maid service at all. Paid good money for a 2 night stay. Then they want $50 a night for a room fee. That came right out of my acctg. Not expecting that. Really put a damper on my finances before I even got of the front desk area. Very Much upsetting when live on a fixed income and a senior citizen..

The size of the room was fine the room is clean the only thing I did not like was waiting to 30 minutes I had sent a message a couple of days before asking that my refrigerator be in the room and it was not then it got warm during the night due to mobility issues I had asked for a room close to the elevator but I guess they did the best they could and I would have appreciated if I had been told at the front desk when I checked in that I needed to insert my door card in the slot in the elevator we finally figured it out but there was another lady in the elevator who also said she was not told

Dinner was exceptional. Our waiter was very pleasant and we had great service. The food was delicious and the breakfast buffet was awesome. I would highly recommend Paradise Stream Resort to anyone. Also the lady at the check in desk was extremely helpful. She went over and above to make sure our stay was exactly perfect!!!
Tom and Maureen are two of the nicest and most engaging couple you will ever meet. This is a major reason to select a B&B over an ordinary hotel room.
The breakfast is at Cordon Bleu level. Very very unusual. The friendly dogs make you feel at home.
Can't say enough good things.

Everything was great. The hotel is huge and it has like a thousand of slot machines to play. The room seems to be pretty new and very clean, the bathroom is spacious.
Also since it is a Casino hotel, there were not many kids, so it's perfect for a getaway trip.
The hotel room was very dirty, the bed sheets smelled, there was dirt in the pool, the area is good but dirty, I went to see the receptionist, she told me that it's not her fault and wanted to give us a new room. I have a bad experience with the property
Location was good !!!! First impression when I walked in hotel, look nice and clean. We checked in the staff was nice, went to the room that’s when I was shocked !!! the Sun was shining in and I could see how dirty the real was …
The dogs, the food, the innkeepers- all wonderful. We have stayed at many B&Bs and this is by far one of the best. I highly recommend this B&B to anyone traveling to the Poconos!!
