Mycket trevligt hotell i mexikansk stil. Vi bilade runt på yukatanhalvön i en vecka och spenderade den andra veckan på detta hotellet. Miljöerna påminner om ruinerna på de olika templerna vilket vi gillade. Vårt rum hade en instängd lukt och vi fick byta rum utan några problem. (rekommenderar ett rum som inte ligger på bottenplanet för att slippa ”inbrottstjuvar” i form av söta näsapor som finns på hotellområdet.) Rekommenderar starkt att ni väljer priviledge rum. Maten var ok på de olika resturangerna men med priviledge får man tillgång till restaurangen Bloved som var fantastisk. Både läget och maten där var toppen. Utan detta tillval hade nog inte vårt betyg blivit lika högt. Servicen var toppen. Känner inte igen oss i kommentarer om att man fick sämre service om man inte lämnade dricks hela tiden.

My stay at Barceló was exceptional. I read the comments before going, and I can say that they exceeded my expectations. -Beach: It was great. It had white sand and not a lot of waves. It is excellent if you go with children or want to chill out. The palm trees are plentiful and protect you from the sun. The beach has a part filled with rocks where a lot of fish swim by, so it is perfect for snorkelling. -Room: Very comfortable, the room's temperature was great, and the cleaning of the room was always on point. I appreciate the detail of the bath rope and shoes. -Food: Everything I ate at the buffet was perfect, and the Spanish night there was also very good. The food was exquisite, and the service in Santa Fe was excellent. I had the opportunity to visit Capri and Santa Fe restaurants, which were terrific. -Activities: The all-inclusive package offers a lot. The non-motorized water sports are included in the package. My husband and I did some kayaking and paddle boarding; it was great. The night shows were well-produced and entertaining; they were very professional. -Installations: I enjoyed the Jaguar Disco and walking at Plaza Mexicana and the mall. All installations are very well-designed and maintained. -Service: I think this one is significant. My plane arrived early, and even though the check-in was not until 3:30 pm I could check in at noon. I left my bags at the reception and started enjoying the hotel. Similarly, as my plane departed very late, I did the check-out at 11:00 am, but they gave me a pass until 4:30 pm to keep accessing all the installations, food and drinks. I appreciate the extra showers and changing room. They were spotless and easy to use, and they included towels. I think this is excellent, as you can enjoy the beach and pool after checking out.

All the rooms have pool, they have the nicest staff we've seen in Cancun, nice alcohol (Jack Daniel's, black label, bacardi, aperol, etc)

All around excellent stay. Great service, facilities, food, drinks. Everything at the resort was exactly how I would have expected it for an all-inclusive stay. The staff were the absolute best, incredibly helpful and friendly.
