Hotel was very accommodating, our flight was early and they had a room ready so allowed us to check in early. Breakfast was very nice too lots of different choices at the buffet. Spa and pool were exceptional lovely views from the pool area overlooking the whole city. Hotel is right beside the metro ideal for trips in and out of the city. Staff we're really friendly, would definitely go back here again if staying in Prague again.

Excellent location, customer service and facilities. The best buffet breakfast. The pool, massage and sauna are great bonus. Asked for an early check in due to early arrival and that wasn’t a problem either. This is my fourth year staying and I will definitely book again

The Hotel was perfect: The staff is friendly and professional, the room was clean, the view was great from our window, the location of the hotel is perfect (next to the metro). The breakfast and the dinner were delicious and I found gluten free and lactose free options as well.

The hotel was excellent, especially for families. It was very spacious, clean, and tastefully designed. The rooms were always clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The rooms are equipped with all the necessary amenities and appliances. The breakfast was wonderful — very diverse and delicious. Everyone can find something to enjoy based on their preferences. The hotel also has a large market, a bar, and a restaurant. The location of the hotel is fantastic, with the metro just a few steps away. The staff were very kind and welcoming. If you are visiting Prague, definitely choose Hotel Uno.

The room was gorgeous, with high ceilings and big windows. Very clean, spacious and bright. Absolutely loved it! If I ever return to Prague, I am definitely staying at this hotel again!

Everything was great, not in center but only 4 stops by metro, nice mall near by. The staff were very nice and helped us. Definitely will come back

The hotel was amazing, staff was very welcoming and polite (especially Diana and Jan from the reception, and Anna from the housekeeping team), helpful with any questions I might have had and there was excellent breakfast buffet. Location was very convenient, very close to lots of cool bars and hangout spots. Overall, very good value for money.

Exceptional place , clean rooms, we stayed 4 nights at this place . All the places of attraction like astronomical clock, Charles bridge are very close by . Breakfast is excellent. If I come back to Prague will definitely stay here again

Perfect location perfect staff

The location is unbeatable with just 50 steps, if that, to Old Town Square. Many of Prague's most notable sites (Jewish Quarter, Museum of Decorative Arts, Medieval Underground Tour, Klementinum Library, Clock Tower, Wenceslas Square and the two Mucha Museums) are absolutely within walking distance. The exceptional National Museum is a bit of a hike but very well worth it. Start off in the dome on the top floor for a breathtaking view and work your way down. The trams and subway are nearby and no charge if you're 65+. The hotel is very quiet and the buffet breakfast is superb. The dinners are also excellent and generous portions. I highly recommend the goulash or roast duck. The room is very spacious and clean; the bathroom is huge with a big and DEEP tub and boasts a heated rack for towels. The front desk staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. I'm having issues uploading more property photos or I would have done so.

Location was in the heart of old town, with a view of the central square. Room was large and spacious perfect for our family and a great selection for breakfast options.
