I loved this hostel. It is by far the best multi-bed hostel I have stayed in. The process to check in and out is incredibly fast. The rooms are really nice. It is like you are staying in an actual hotel. I kind of wish I could have stayed longer.

Beautiful Art Deco grand hotel was a pleasure and eye candy. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Went the extra mile to make our stay comfortabel. The treat of mulled wine in the lobby we also enjoyed.

Our stay at the Wellness Hotel Step was excellent. The location was great—just a 10-minute drive from Prague city center. We received a free upgrade to a spacious, clean room and were welcomed with complimentary drinks. The hotel offers free parking, which was wonderful for us as we were on a driving trip. There was a wide variety of food to choose from at the breakfast buffet. The hotel staff were exceptional, and we even received a €20 voucher to use at any Czech Inn hotel. Overall, five stars and a big thumbs up for this hotel!

Location was superb. Walking distance from the train station about 5 minutes. We arrived from Vienna by train and the hotel was easy to find. The hotel backs on to Wencelas Square - go through the restaurant out the back door and follow the corridor. Primark is a couple of doors along and Marks and Spencer on the opposite side of the square. It's a really good location to visit the old town on foot. Room was great, bed comfortable and everything clean. Breakfast had a good selection.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially Michael, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The room was very clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was absolutely perfect, offering a great start to the day. I really appreciated having a kettle in the room with coffee and tea—it’s a nice touch that adds comfort. The location is excellent; with the tram nearby, you can easily visit all the main attractions quickly. Overall, for the price I paid, I was amazed by the quality and service. If I visit Prague again, I will definitely stay here!

The hotel was very beautiful and the reception personnel was always polite and helpful. We also really enjoyed the breakfast and in general we were very happy with our stay! We especially enjoyed the cloud 9 rooftop bar with stunning views!

The hotel exceeded my expectations, from the very beginning, the staff at the reception were so friendly and helpful, the breakfast was amazing and surely the spa and the top roof pool were so clean and well-prepared, looking forward for my next visit.

We absolutely loved our three-night-stay at Plaza Prague Hotel! The bed was very comfortable, there was a lovely bathtub, the room had an nespresso machine and the daily cleaning also provided us with new coffee capsules - amazing! We parked our car free of charge in the hotels underground parking, which felt very safe and accessible for us. Extremely good value for money and lovely reception staff!

The beds were exceptionally comfortable—honestly, some of the best sleep I’ve ever had. The room was quiet and wonderfully cozy, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of fresh, high-quality options, and the facilities were outstanding. The location is perfect, just a short walk from major sightseeing spots and the train station. I definitely recommend this hotel!

The airport transport and staff are the best in Prague.

There are so many good things about staying at this hotel that it's hard to mention them all. I booked a room with a view of the clock tower to fully enjoy the atmosphere of Prague on our first visit. The initial room we were given had a view of the clock tower, but there was no lift as described on booking.com, so it was difficult for my wife, who has trouble with her leg, to go up and down. So we requested a room change, and they kindly upgraded us to a room with a better view of the clock tower and a lift. All the hotel staff are always smiling and respond kindly. The breakfast menu is not diverse, but the quality of all the food is excellent.

We had a great experience from the on set with this property. The staff were super friendly, from arrival and throughout our stay. Our room was huge and really well appointed and location was ideal, right in the heart of everything. We would happily stay at the Lippert again!

This is a great location and the set up is pretty cool. Small pods but everything you need. Plus the staff member on duty was superb. I had a mare and had booked a month out but he sorted it with me and all good. Thanks heaps.
