Excellent service, staff is so friendly. Most beautiful beach on the island. We had an extrordinary couples massage at the spa center. Rooms and all their facilities are super clean and always smell really nice. Their coffee is just amazing! We organized lots of activities through the hotel (swimming with dolphins, quad bikes, car rental, seaplane) - thanks Justine for organizing these perfectly.

The room was amazing, as advertised. Breakfast buffet was exceptional, wifi was very fast everywhere in the resort, even the beach. The beach was really great, and all the hotel staff was extremely friendly, kind and helpful. Special thanks to Thierry and Nass who made our stay even more wonderful, and to Matai from Le Morne Lounge, Avish from the Boathouse Restaurant and Aniket from the Floating Market who were amazingly kind, professional, and helpful, and went above and beyond to make our stay great. Overall, probably the best hotel I have ever stayed in, both accommodation-wise and service-wise.

This hotel is spectacular! The staff is extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. The airline lost my luggage and I didn’t have any clothes at all. They gave me a sarong and a polo t-shirt for free. The spa even lent me a straightener which I really appreciated. The food is very good (Italian, Indian and the seafood restaurants are the best). Shoutout to Davidsen who looked after us really well in the bar every night (even though we don’t drink, he always offered us different options). The free massage is surprisingly good to be complimentary - make sure you get it! If you spend the day out, they give you a picnic box to go - very good quality food. The gym and the golf course also beautiful. We would definitely go back tomorrow if we could! Congratulations to the management of the Hotel because they are doing an excellent job. Ah! And the rental car in the hotel is cheaper than if you do it at the airport (we rented a car for 50€/day!). Best beaches: blue lagoon, flick en flak, le morne.
