Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GeorgiaThe rooms however need renovation in my opinion, carpets had stains and lightning of the rooms also could be better.
The hotel overall was perfect, including location and rooms. Location was incredible, pretty close to everything and supermarkets were pretty close too. Hotel had much to offer, including on the breakfast and services, kind and welcoming staff, rooms had amazing views too.

The staff was really cooperative. Specially during our breakfasts Rabi, Nyi Nyi, and the other one I can’t remember were really good at their services. Also the receptionist Amina shown good gestures when we were checking out.

United KingdomThe garden restaurant was so busy that we couldn't find a table. Outside, there are loads of bird poop around. Tables aren't being cleaned quickly.
We enjoyed our stay. Helpful and friendly staff such as Patrick, who cleans our room and Hiba from Elite Drive Rent-a-car, made our stay comfortable. If we knew earlier on the week, we would've gotten a car. It was so convenient driving. There's free parking too. The hotel is very accessible. The Filipina lady at the spa is lovely too. We forgot her name. We enjoyed the spa and the service at the salon, and the barbershop is just top-notch. We had great hair and nails as well as received a warm welcome. Great service!
