Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

What can I say… the best hotel stay I ever had. I can’t fault anything.. the staff, the facilities, the value for money with the Waterpark included. We absolutely enjoyed every minute of it. The staff were polite, friendly and so professional with every encounter we had. We had some technical difficulties with our TV and it was sorted so efficiently. The pool was amazing and lovely food and drinks there. We had a blast at the Waterpark. We have been telling all of our friends about our stay! Wish we had longer!

AustraliaCheck before booking that they have not organized some sort of concert right next to the hotel - promoted by the hotel. We had a horrible experience, where the hotel had decided that it would be ok to allow the Martin Garix concert on Sat night to go to 2am. Our room was blasted with sound till 2am - so really didn't get much sleep. Was very disappointed with the hotel about no pre warning about this, and that they think it was ok to subject us to this noise till 2am. Had they allowed it till 12am, I could have lived with it. Booking a room for a night should mean you can sleep !
Beautiful resort , enjoyed the hotel, facilities and service, with an amazing pool. And extremely enjoyed the water park next door. Disappointed by the concert next door

United KingdomRoom was very clean everywhere apart from the Black mould on ceiling but I understand it’s very humid there and imagine this is a constant battle.
The hotel is amazing, more like a large resort. So much to do, we loved the water park and then coming back and swimming in the pool. We eat at wave house which was nice and buffet was good too.

This hotel is just WOW- from the second we arrived everthing was unreal - the valet dealt with the car- you walk down the red carpet and straight away get all the feels. Wonderful helpful staff We only stayed one night as it was last minute- and cost around £380 for room only, but did give you access to the waterpark and aquarium, unbelievable views The breakfast was 120 aed each to add on. The waterpark meals were standard price- around £15 for a meal deal. The food in the hotel I thought was overpriced- very high. Entertainment at night in bars- but no children However they have the arcade etc lots to do for kids! I would re-visit in a heartbeat.

United KingdomSwimming pool close at 7pm we been in so many top resorts and swimming pool is always open until really late some places like resorts at Disney in Orlando are open until 3/4am - quite strange plus the beach bar closes early in a place like this so hot also half board deal isn’t worth it particularly for small children like 3-8 years because they charge a lot of money and kids don’t eat
