Within the premises, not many sign to direct you, very confusing. Please put sign for pools, restaurants that people can see! Adult pool tend to be crowded very fast. Guests were sometimes a bit inappropriate and nobody is telling them anything… Food a bit pricey…

So relaxing… the place is truly beautiful, staff are very nice!

A lot of money for one night but was our anniversary and did not mind spending extra. Is quite a special venue though.

Loved the hotel. Room was amazing and staff and food very good. Open air restaurant was a treat although we could not even taste 10% of all the food available.

Nothing - it was all perfect

Best hotel in the world. These rooms were booked for guests at my wedding - the hotel is the most fantastic and relaxing hotel, and the staff are the most accommodating people. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the breakfast is the best I have ever had.

We were celebrating my husbands 40th birthday, but the cake and extra amenities were given to our other guests (we booked 3 rooms) and not to him whose birthday it was

The rooms are gorgeous, it felt relaxed and unbusy despite having high occupancy, the staff made it feel very bespoke and lovely

The pool water isn’t acclimatised, so the water was a bit cold. Also, you would see some plastics/trash around the desert in the surrounding areas of the hotel.

The only thing we wish was different was if there was a plug for the hair dryer in the bathroom.

A truly fine experience, perfect to disconnect, unwind and relax. The room was superb, the food was delicious, and the pools were fabulous!

Poor was the service at the pool. If you did not tip the waiters each and every round of drinks they ignored you straight forward. 1 hour waiting for a salad with 4 leaves is too bad. Tipping is a guesture, it should not make the service in a 5 star resort depending on it. The food at the near pool located restaurant could be better.

The location is unique. The evening at the restaurant with show was fantastic. Excellent food at that location and a unique experience! Good beds and room amnities. The management is friendly and professional. Great place for kids.

Maybe a bit expensive

The hotel renewal is a huge success. The rooms kept the Arabic style but less dark. The location is very nice for tourists, it's close to Abu Dhabi and to Dubai. The buffet restaurant experience was improved, it's a must.

Room price was a little high

Room was beautifully furnished, with extremely comfortable beds. Very luxurious with excellent amenities. Food was exceptional. Superb breakfast and Iftar meal. Staff went above and beyond during our stay, from the exceptional welcome on arrival to all staff encountered around the hotel - polite, helpful and attentive, with all requests dealt with swiftly. Loved the facility of an adult only pool. Would highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

Hotel interior and exterior is just amazing, nice views from all the rooms. location could not be better for this kind of hotel. Nice breakfest and dinner was included in our stay.
