You cannot pay your restaurant bills at check out, you have to pay either a deposit at arrival or pay every single time at the restaurant or pool.

It is a hidden gem, everything was perfect, the design is awesome, 45 min drive from Dubai centre. We travelled with a baby, and the staff made the vacation perfect, special thanks to Sujan and to the kids club.

Music: They want to be a beach club in the Desert. Daypass. Music that doesn't match with property No lounge arabic music around the pool or the rooftop bar. We are in Dubai. We want the Dubai vibe. Greek Restaurant: Please more arabic food.

wasn't sure about desert view as we didn't see any animal, and garden view might be more cozy?

quiet pathways and no crowd, we received upgrade to desert view, nice restaurants and small shops

After we changed the room to face the desert, it was perfect

Exceptional staff, at every moment of my time in the Hotel I was made to feel welcome, and that the friendly staff would look after any of my requests.

Very nice hotel but indian food was not there and it was really disappointing as being vegetarian it was not good experience with food.

The Hammam. The therapist Maddi did a very sub-standard job. Will not be ever doing a Hammam again nor will recommend it. This was no value for money. The soap was smelly, therapist was distracted & did a superficial job. Should hire better therapists.

We did not like that they try to be a "beach club" We want an arabic vibe with arabic lounge music Same goes for the roof top bar. Why no arabic lounge music. This is why we come to Dubai We want more arabic food, we don't want a Greek restaurant. The spa is amazing but slightly overpriced.

Sometimes the pool music would get loud and V upbeat and clash wit the other two pool's music, we also felt that all three pools were quite close together so the adult pool would still have kids fairly closeby. Would be nice if the hotel offered beach style bags to borrow. I also didn't love the hotel pillows

Beautiful architecture and interior design, we had great food and service throughout our stay, the spa was lovely and the gym well equipped also. Breakfast was nice and plentiful and the Al hadheera experience surpassed expectations with entertainment and an amazing buffet spread

They had a lot of people and our room was not ready we had to wait in the lobby but nothing dramatic

The check-in was painful, the staff doesnt communicate internally properly and they were keeping doing same mistakes. The chair at the restaurant was dirty with juice and my skirt was affected. The staff is helpful but not at 5star hotel level.

Facilities are awesome food great, ambience exceptional. Shame there is no steam room, and staff is not speaking goid English

The refurbishment was much needed as the resort was starting to l feel very tired. We were all really impressed with the newly refurbished resort . The rooms are gorgeous & the new F& B offerings impressive. A great success , we’ll definitely be back soon
