The property was at JMR Dubai, large, clean, well maintained apartment with great views and in a great area.

Although swimming pools were clean and good for a swim there were very few sunbeds which may be an issue if you want to have any extended time around the pool. This didn't really affect us too much as we were out and about visiting the main tourist sites. Will save my lazy sunshine holiday for the Mediteranian in the summer months! JBR Beach is only a few minutes walk and we did have a day there but 2 sunbeds and an umbrella cost around £50. Traffic at weekends is gridlocked around Shams but not an issue if you walk and use the tram or metro.

This apartment is so spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Having 2 separate bedrooms and bathrooms was a real bonus whilst travelling with my 18 year old son. The price is also good for a 2 bedroom apartment as that would normally cost more in the JBR area. Knowing that we were going to be on the 34th floor was a real bonus as it did limit the traffic and nightlife noise coming from the street level which I think may be unpleasant if on lower floors especially if you are a light sleeper like myself. So lovely waking up to the amazing view from the master bedroom every morning. So much included in the apartment, a real home from home and no morning disturbance from cleaners which you often get in a hotel. The surrounding area is buzzing and the buildings truly beautiful. JBR has everything and the Shams buildings are in the best location, nearest the best section of the beach and very close to the tram and metro. No need for a car as so easy to walk and take the Metro if you want to go further afield, taxis also very cheap and plentiful outside the building. Definitely recommend and will definitely look to stay here again if I choose to stay in the JBR area.

The JBR is always crowded as you expected thus the traffic can be very congested. But the tram station is nearby as alternative.

The property is very clean with stunning view on Dubai Eye from main bedroom and both Jumeirah beach and lake from the balcony. It's on high floor so you can see the crowd without noise. The kitchenette and dining set are complete, great for family and friends. The JBR area is no doubt a perfect location with many resto along the beach, all in walking distance.

Loved the views which were superb from every window and especially the balcony. The location was perfect only minutes from the beach and a well stocked supermarket at the bottom of the building. (although traffic getting into JBR in the evening was very busy!). The rooms were all immaculate and a good size, the kitchen was well stocked and the beds were super comfy!

Lovely well decorated apartment with a beautiful sea view. The apartment was super clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, near to the beach and excellent restaurants. The hosts were very nice and helpful.

I really couldn’t find to describe something here.

Amazing view, really! Actually there are a lot of benefits of this apartment. 34 floor gets much more fresh air especially every evening when temperature of the buildings heat the air, we felt on 34 floor much more fresher and spent the time on the balcony! The apartment furnished very well especially, comfortable sofa and chairs, beds, huge TV, soft and fluffy carpets and more and more else. The kitchen is fully equipped including nice milk frother for cappuccino 😋. The location also is very well, probably best to get to the beach. Also this building is the last one on the JBR and if you drive it is easier way to turn off from the Sheikh Zayed highway and bypassing traffic jams to get to the apartment, and because this trip was combined of my business and rest I had a lot of trips around the city, and I never met traffic jam because of this. This apartment is the best deal!
