Location couldn’t be better for access to trains, trams. Supermarket next door. Across the road to Jb beach and right in the marina. Owner was extremely helpful giving me tips and helping before my arrival.

It was a lovely stay for one night next to Dubai’s most busiest location. Great access to beach and all the facilities. Maria- the host, made everything smooth and easy regarding the check out, so we had no issues. The apartment itself is exactly as in the photos, so you are getting what you see. A bit of mediterranean style in the heart of Dubai. One note maybe, there is only one shower in the main bedroom, so you have to share it but 2 toilets. The sofa transform into bed, so can accommodate more people. And if you travel with a kid, as we did, Maria would prepare a cot for no extra charge. Thank you again, can’t recommend this place enough and would def return to this apartment.

I'm known for being super honest in all my reviews so regarding the apartment there is nothing we didn't like. The only downside for us was location. Don't get me wrong, location is amazing as is in the middle of Dubai Marina but both nights it took us more than 1 hour to reach the apartment (we went by car). As you can tell, traffic is an issue everywhere in Dubai so you have to have patience. This is only a recommendation for the hosts... we did the check in late at night (around 9/9:30pm), we were tired and all of us (4 people) wanted a hot shower but we found only one container of shampoo, shower gel, etc. In some of the places we stayed they don't put anything so we really appreciated that we found some but my humble recommendation is to add one more of each if there is more than 2 guests. In all fairness, we didn't ask the host if somewhere inside the apartment there were more available so please take my apologies if there were. Last, this is something that hosts don't have to do but is always nice to see... a small bottle of oil will be much appreciated or something to cook fried eggs in the morning so we don't have to buy one for just 2 days (again, hosts are not required to do so but is a small gesture and something much appreciated by guests).

We loved our stay in this cozy apartment. Host was very nice contacting us after we made our booking. Very willing to help and very polite. Check in process was smooth and super easy. The apartment is super cozy and you can tell they put a lot of love in every detail. It was super clean and very well equipped. We were able to prepare breakfast both mornings we were there and you have a lot of supermarkets within walking distance. Check out was easy and fast. I forgot my water bottle once I checked out and Maria was extremely kind letting me in again to grab it. Thank you! The view is amazing, cozy little balcony, ideal to have a coffee with a view. Huge wardrobes, super comfy bed and pillows and again, great host! Parking is provided by the host (forgot to mention that).

Wonderful Location, Beautiful apartment, equipped with each and everything, perfect surrounding atmosphere, and amazing view. Mrs. Maria is the magician! She explained everything very well and guided with best options. Beautiful building, staff is very friendly, including housekeeping and reception staff. Parking is available with provided access at the basement. Honestly, words cannot explain the joyful period I spend there, everyone must try! Highly recommended.
