I’d suggest booking a room in a higher floor if you want the burj khalifa view cause the bar has music until 3 am which for me was annoying but other than that the hotel is great !

The shampoo wasn’t simple to open and the dish shower 🚿 not good pressure and for breakfast i was looking for scrambled egg with the buffet but I didn’t find it because it wasn’t in the menu this day and the is no smoking area inside the hotel only out side and the qbla Direction of prayer wasn’t perfectly right.

The food was extremely good, and the staff were all incredibly kind. They gave me a surprise cake for my birthday, which was a wonderful gesture, and I am very grateful!

The shower screen kept leaking water on the floor. The shower system could be better. The towel shelf was broken. The fridge had no drinks in it and it was not designed well. The door of the fridge and the unit it's kept in opened in opposite directions. Plus lots of heat generated in that fridge unit. The cupboard doors kept squeaking.

The hotel is clean and the breakfast has a decent variety. The valet parking makes life easy. The walk behind the hotel is good for a stroll in the evening. The views are decent although lots of construction going on.

The only thing that was missing was probably some shuttle to the beach (which was amazing) but absolutely nothing else. Everything was amazing!

It was noisy the first night due to no proper soundproofed walls. There was no " non smoking area" in the bar facilities including the interior seating area which is very annoying for non smokers like us.

Good location, nice views and relatively good breakfast. Overall pleasant and recommended hotel.

It would be nice if there was more vegan or vegetarian option on dessert. Early morning breakfast didn't even get the option to have the croissant and other delicacies. Shame that I paid money to not even get such options

The service from the people from car parks are great ,they bring you very faster and they are always so happy face ! The rooms are very clean , and they are very friendly when you need something from them . The Canal Center Hotel have a very good position,and you have so faster access to every think most popular in Dubai . I can very happy recommend this hotel ! 🫶🏻

I didn't find any drawbacks - everything was excellent.

A very nice hotel in the business bay, relatively close to Burj Khalifa and the Mall of the Emirates. Very clean, excellent wi - fi, the rooms were spacious and the same applies to all areas of the hotel. Nice pool and bar with a spectacular view of the bay. Breakfast was excellent, great variety of oriental and international flavours and dishes. The staff in all posts were extremely kind, smiling and helpful - I would like to commend them on this. Taxis were available outside but the staff was also helpful in calling a taxi if needed. A bus station was beside the main entrance. A big pedestrian road just in front in case you want to walk admiring the skyscrapers. The hotel is approximately 20-30 minutes drive from the airport, depending on traffic. Totally value for money. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel and will choose it again if I visit Dubai in future.
