Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United Arab Emirates1. They didn't have a Microwave in the room I had booked which would be my fault as I had wrongly assumed a microwave would be available. 2. They don't have a free laundermat/clothes washing machine anywhere inside the hotel so long term stay is not recommended (even though the neighborhood has a lot of laundry services available).
It is walking distance to the Mall of Emirates and the Metro, which is very convenient. There are are a lot of restaurants and cuisine options in the neighborhood. The reception (Jayson) would flag me a taxi very quickly whenever required. The housekeeping staff was very good.

I reviewed this hotel elsewhere because I came back! On first arrival I discovered that the pool was not available and really that was my number one motivation. And after a bit of verbal argy bargy the manager arrnaged to change my booking to another Rotana propoerty with a pool. Thank you very much!

United Arab EmiratesWell I may as well have been sleeping in the mosque next door. Prayer time wow!!! Not that I have a problem with praying just that it was EXTREMELY loud in my room. Also the hotel pool repairs took longer than promised at check in.
Centro is a pretty trusted brand so it a decent mid price hotel that fits purposes, fairly close to the metro and local business close by.

RussiaThe swimming pool is only open until 7 pm. We thought of going to swim after workout at the gym, but it turned out it closes early. The rooms are fine, though they might seem a little shabby as the hotel is not new. We are ok with it, because everything else (staff, service, atmosphere, food, location, etc.) is a perfect value for money.
We stayed in Centro several times before, so this time we decided to stay here again. We like the location of the hotel: it is within a walking distance to the Mall of the Emirates, about 20-min drive to JBR and to downtown. At breakfast there is a good selection of food (eggs, pancakes, yoghurt, cereals, fruit, vegetables, national cuisine, etc.). There is a swimming pool at the rooftop and a gym. The rooms are good, staff is very helpful, cleaning is done every day.
