Pool area is quite underwhelming.

Great place to stay, pretty faultless in my opinion. House-keeping were great, particularly Ramesh and Lok - the standards they set are impressive and they do it with a smile on the face. Thank you Cheval Maison.

Really well thought out. The room had a dishwasher, washing machine with drying option, microwave, oven, cooking hob, all the cutlery and cooking utensils one would need. There was even a diffuser for the hairdryer!

The swimming pool would be better if not covered so much.

As a regular at this hotel it's perfectly located net to a large Mall , also an outside space for exercise and 2 mins from West Beach. It's very quiet which is perfect for me. The room re immaculate and everything in the hotel makes my stay seamless every time. My room is kept immaculate by the team of cleaners that have looked after me on several of my stays, Ramesh, Loki, Nirajan and Jyoti have taken exceptional care of me and always sort any additional requests and are a great bunch of guys who make me feel right at home as a stay for long periods of time.

Breakfast options were somewhat limited, but you could order it to your room, which I particularly preferred.

Loved everything, staff are fabulous & very accommodating. Place is spotless. Fantastic roof top pool.

Fabulous rooms, very roomy. Bed linen top quality,cappeeciated as we like a bit of luxury, sheets changed every 2nd day. Fantastic location to Nakheel Mall.

Only thing I didn't really like is. I wish the kitchen would include washing detergent for dishes and sponge because often the dishwasher didn't wash the plates completely clean and required multiple times of washing.

I guess everything was great, comfortable bed. Good facilities. Great food from the Black Coffee Restaurant downstairs. Super convenient location just beside the Nakheel Mall. Can grab your groceries anytime. Would be great if you could provide a humidifier as the aircon is quite cold at times in the night and dry after long hours.

My only comment are: - breakfast was not ready at 7am as per what we were told and the website , they were ready around 7.30. - I dropped my car via valet and it was perfectly fine. Next day I was told it i had a flat tire, it was not flat it was damaged (probably when driving down to basement something happened, can’t prove it though as they didn’t show any video footage from within their parking. Since it was my birthday and they helped change the tire I let it go).

Stayed in the luxury one bedroom, it was cosy, specious, kitchen well required, very peaceful , clean. The staff is friendly, they helped me change a punctured tire and provided a piece of cake since it was my birthday. The breakfast was freshly made and yummy (despite it being limited in options).

The chairs at the Black Coffee restaurant inside were soooo uncomfortable with that tied on cushion pushing you off the seat we only went once. Also you should leave a small dishwashing liquid, clean sponge and a dish rack for kitchen sink. I did not like finding “ cleaned?” Washed? Dripping dishes and glasses turned over on the kitchen counter.After the room cleaners left. Couldn’t be sure they were sanitary.

The location on the Palm is distant from the metro and downtown so a car would assist in getting around.

the cleaning.. they took dishes and never put them back in drawers. I had to ask for several things they were not in the room, like washing detergent, dish washing liquid and so on.
