The terrasse and the pool were a bit small

We had a wonderful stay at the Courtyard Hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel very welcome. The hotel was super clean and spacious, providing a comfortable environment. Its location is excellent, just 15 minutes from the Dubai Mall and 15-20 minutes from the airport. The breakfast was varied and delicious, offering something for everyone. Overall, a great experience!

I stayed with my family in this hotel for our first visit to Dubai as a stopover to USA and we really enjoyed and liked our stay. Hotel staffs were very helpful and friendly to help with our big and heavy luggages , allowing our guests to the room etc. Hotel tour desk was phenomenal, and we booked our desert safari from the hotel, and it was a great experience.Hotel's location was perfect to go to Dubai Mall, Bur Dubai etc, taxis were always available. Overall, perfect stay for us and we will come back again.

My room had a water leak when I came in, but they brought an engineer and fixed it instantly 👍🏻

We would have liked more environmental friendly measures. For example, the towels (also the bedsheets) were changed daily even though when you leave them hanging they're not supposed to change them according to their guidelines. Also, there was no station to fill a water bottle, so one has to use many plastic bottles everyday. So overall it would be necessary to make it more sustainable.

The staff was always super friendly and helpful, and we had a very pleasant stay.

Staying in a room with connection to other room is noisy. There is no safe place to drop the car for valet parking. You leave it at the curb side. No ATM machine in the hotel.

Location is excellent. Very close to World trade Centre and the lively Shiek Zayed street. Walking distance from Istiqlal street with different attractions. Plenty of nearby restaurants and supermarkets. Very close to metro and bus stations.

Amazing hotel with a lovely staff and in a very good location. The room was perfectly clean and done, the staff is amazing and very helpful. The hotel has a swimming pool gym and spa available, and are spectacular. The location es great. Very near to the World Trade Center train station where you can go everywhere in Dubai. Near there are 24/7 restaurants and gas food bars.

Rooms needs a little bit more cleaning, especially the carpet and when someone comes to breakfast, 20 minutes before 10:30, the attitude should be a little bit friendlier.

The location is good, the staff are excellent, the breakfast was ok and the room was spacious.
