How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Staff were friendly and helpful. We were a large family group and they accomodated our request for all rooms on the same floor. The freshly baked cookies provided by the front desk were delicious!

The views from the room. The booking was for a creek view deluxe king room, ended up seeing construction site. Initially i was allocated at a wrong room, then after insisiting that the booking was for deluxe, i was shifted. But the view remained same.
Good Staff. Clean room. Good place to hang out while on a quick visit.

Rooms are small.
Not a bad facility to choose but would be exceptional. Facility was near and clean, near the metro station with few restaurants and groceries near by. Families can use them for their day to-day need Staffs were fast in their response and patient.. address your issues quickly Breakfast was good, not bad..

I have stayed few months ago and some facillities are missing now, like taking car from the guests. Garage is very small and pools work till 10 pm and night is best time to be in a pool. We waited so much time on reception to check in. Rooms were not ready. No adapters for 220 V in rooms so thay sent us to buy it in shop across the street.
Hotel is on a good location, city hotel. Easy acces to all actractions if you have car. Breakfast and dinner are excellente. Fenomenal pool on the top. Rooms are big and have all what you need. Hotels prices are really affordable. In all worth this money but need some improvment what can be done easily.

Was crowded causing a delay for the lift to arrive.
The breakfast experience was not that expected as it was seen crowded and was taking time to get certain hot items.

Excellent facilities nearby. Close to airport and and Dubai Mall. They had a Sisha cafe upstairs which was so convenient including entertainment. My flight was due later on in the evening (before check out time) and the hotel receptionist kindly let me stay few hours extra. She was so helpful.

Beds are too soft, but this is a matter of preference. Iron was not not working. I did not bother to request a replacement.
The front desk was helpful and accommodated checking during night hours. I was able to check out by 2 p.m. due to my late arrival. The staff was very welcoming. Breakfast was reasonable, especially when it was included in the room reservation.

the hotel is near the metro. The room was spacious, and food is average. The staff are friendly and helpful. The housekeeping was available and attended our request. The best part was the cookies.

Room dining is until 11 pm. I hope that upon check-in, they inform the guest about the facilities' timings, restaurant and outlet. Breakfast could be better, food line up specifically.

The breakfast was not up-to Hilton's standard wouldn't recommend. Most of the item outsourced and nobody knew ingredients/allergens. Not much for vegans, lacto-vegetarians. Lots of construction ongoing in the area so lots of unpaved road nearby.
Location, new property clean and well maintained. Staff was helpful and responsive to the requests. Metro station is nearby few mins walk.
