very noisy. windows are not insulating noise from outside. we can also hear every movements and noise from customers in the other rooms of the appartement as well as in the shared kitchen. Islamic morning prayer from the mosque at 5am very loud. bathroom pretty old, shower could be more clean

Host was super friendly and accommodating. Even helped us out late at night. All amenities you could need are available, great location and very comfortable bed. Free Netflix was a bonus!

Not clean ,very bad and old apartment, noise from other doors like broken. Host charged me cleaning fee for what? Apartment was all the time with opened unlock door so anyone can enter, building entrance anyone can enter also and go up, no need to register ,didn’t feel safe to stay at all.

This is a 3 bedroom flat, and one of them was the room for rent. It was just disappointing as I was expecting that I will enjoy my quiet time but there were other people in the flat. I was expecting it was a one bedroom or studio flat. I didn't end up staying there as my husband said it might not be safe for me and would be uncomfortable as well. The ad should've stated that the flat is shared. I'm not Muslim but I'm a woman and would prefer privacy. I lived in Dubai for 9 years and I didn't know they offer this kind of flats to tourists.

The location (5 min from the marina, 10 min from JBR Beach), the view. All the comforts for sleeping well, cooking, strolling by the pool and enjoying the view of the marina in the evening installed on the terrace. The moments shared with the people of the roommate.

Bathroom is Not brand new but still ok, for the money value surely it is OK A little car noise from street even the room is on 12th floor but on a acceptable level for me to sleep Room might a little small for two but manageable. I was solo traveler and size was perfectly enough for me

Me and my partner spent a night in this room. The room was smaller than what it looked like in the pictures and it was difficult to move around. The bathroom was old and worn out, with mold in the shower. In the middle of the night, water started pouring from the roof of the bathroom down to the floor, getting even more intense in the morning. The landlord admitted he was aware of the issue and blamed it on the building. As a result, we were not able to use the bathroom for half of our stay and could not sleep well at night because of the noise. The landlord refused to provide any kind of refund or alternative solution. Very bad experience, for the price they charge this is 100% not recommended.
