There is a strange odour, nothing too bad but it is not great. I’m not sure if this is specific to that apartment or generally with apartments in the building.

The view of the Burj Khalifa was absolutely amazing! The location of the apartment and the apartment building itself is really nice!

Perfect Location, amazing views, we stayed on 59th floor. It was simple to get at Dubai Mall (just 7-10 min. walk). Host - Hussein was super, polite and very helpful. The property has own parking places and it is simple to park a car. Supermarket - Giant is 1 min walk and is working 24/7.

The apartment was tidy, but just a bit worn with chips, marks on the walls and that sort of thing. Nothing terrible, but clearly it's been rented a lot. I honestly would stay again and recommend highly.

The location of this property was exceptional. Easy access to the best Dubai had to offer either by walking, transit or Uber. Groceries and restaurant literally steps away. The building itself was immaculate and secure. We received friendly service and welcome when we arrived and my few questions were answered very quickly. The apartment is very spacious - we just loved it. My family was just so happy with our stay.

There was nothing not to like.

This place is amazing! Best location in the center with the best possible views on Burj Khalifa and the fountains from both balconies. Very spacious, beds are super comfy and the apartment was sparkling clean. Special thanks to Khurram, a truly wonderfull and caring host!

the location of the building is absolute bliss. the quality of the apartment is very good with a very helpful team of managers and sub vendors to do your daily cleaning, laundry. it was a home away from home.

We didn't like anything at all, the apartment needs some renovation. The air conditioning was broken, it was not repaired until our departure, the fridge broken, for repair they took 2 days, washing machine broken, for repair 3 days, water leaks in the bathroom never repaired, despite having reported the manager Mr. Nabel, we risked water damage to the neighbors below.We paid 10,000 € for stay of 2 weeks, but we managed to hold the 9 days in this apartment, we changed the plane tickets and we left Dubai.
