Amazing resort, staff, rooms, facilities - everything was great

The beach views are not the most picturesque with loud construction work however, this never caused us a problem as we stayed in a City View room (highly recommend as you get the other side of the beach AND city view).

Exceptional all round. It felt tucked away in a beautiful private island yet bustling with so many incredible places to go on the doorstep. The attention to detail was spectacular, with complimentary HAPPY BIRTHDAY petals on the bed, a cake & lovely note from the staff. The service was impeccable - nothing was ever a problem and always dealt with immediately. The Four Seasons is the best hotel we've ever stayed in & we will absolutely be booking to stay next year!

We had lunch on arrival at the reception area cafe and it was very average. Breakfast poor at best for such a restaurant. Been to many hotels in Dubai where breakfast was much better by a long shot.

The room was a connected room which was fun, but at the same price to have a smaller balcony with less comfort could have created problem within 2 friends who will stay there, so I would advise you to warn them at the beginning... We had no problem as we left the bigger room to the other couple :))) The day before our departure we did some shopping at your boutique "Sauce" and asked Naw who nicely served us to arrange our tax free.. Unfortunately she has done something wrong and the tax free was not accepted I kindly called her from the airport asked her to remake it explained her, she remade it but unfortunately didn't work again of course had to call her again this time her manager answered and didn't want to make it... I tried to explain her nicely she said that ıt's not her problem it's the customs' problem, she made me beg for a peace of paper at the airport🙁 It really was the most unfortunate memory :((

At the arrival the people at the door are so welcoming and smiling that you already feel good 🙏🏻 The check in was very quick... The concierge worked superb 5🌟s Davide, Pier especially worked very hard for our restaurant reservations and Mariana also made a great effort for a last minute reservation at Il Borro 🌸 The rooms were spacious, beautiful, clean had all facilities... Loved the tiny steam iron👌🏻 On our arrival date we had a little snack at the Shai Lounge had a great service from Mert. The breakfast was "wow" though I am not a breakfast person I had a blast:) Everything was delicious and various kind of foods to choose👏🏻 Overall all the staff that we have met here and there during our stay were nice, helpful, respectful, smiling which is the most important thing for me....

> Went for a walk along the beach, but the beach walk was shorter than what I have expected. > got bitten by mosquito on day three, however, when i complained about it, they ensured to install the mosquito killer liquid in my room and had a staff deliver and helped me to apply the mosquito bite cream to relief the itching. The itching part was no fun, but i certainly appreciate the measures they have taken to resolve the problem.

There is a construction going on in front of the sea view rooms, you can hear it when balcony doors are open, but the soundproof is very good, so it's quiet once closed.

Beautiful green resort with plenty of space, nice sitting areas, spacious rooms, nice balcony. Our son enjoyed being in the kids room, which has plenty of space inside and outside, he got lots of attention and care wherever he was so we are happy. Great staff at the breakfast restaurant, attentive and professional. Good selection of food for breakfast as well

Price is a bit high as you could find another 5 star hotels with the same standards as the four seasons with a lower price

Very hectic weekend breakfasts and not enough servers to cope.

Great, friendly staff. When things do not go according to plan, they fix it quickly. Lovely location, easy access to all facilities and a great gym. Clean rooms with sparkling bathrooms and lovely linen.
