Pool is just too small for the the size of the hotel, and guests leave their towels to save their seats. It isn't nice. Breakfast could be better.

This place is not very convenient fir public transportation. You need to rely on cabs. Too far from allmost all attractions, except the beaches. The breakfast looks as with more options but actually not. Food options are same everyday and can't mention it delicious. During my stay, every day there's problem with the coffee machine. Room lights are really dull and not bright.

It's clean, located in a decently busy locality. Staff are really friendly and accommodating. Especially Jihen from the front desk. Saved a lot of time and trouble. Room service is good too. Other facilities are well provided. You get taxi from this place at any time

Wonderful hotel with great facilities. Plenty of taxis outside the hotel and only approx 5 minute walk to the metro station. The staff were very friendly and helpful, would highly recommend this hotel and we would definitely stay again

The breakfast was almost always the same; it would have been nice to have more spreads for the pancakes, such as Nutella. The pool area is small, with only about 20 sunbads for approximately 200 people.

The accommodation was very good, conveniently close to Dubai, and we found it to be a great value for the price. The staff was excellent, always ready to help with everything we needed.

The only thing I would fault is the timing of the breakfast could have been 30 min longer and finish at 11am not 10.30 am however very good selection for the breakfast

The location is central to everything from downtown to JBR. Metro is a fee minute walk away. Room is a very good size and is quite a luxury room and bathroom I would say that even though it's a 4-star hotel, it seems more like a 5 star hotel. Which made it real value for money

Breakfast with lack of variety, big lines, no food sometimes . I Made a complain and they tried to please me (I appreciate that) . I read another people comment and I was expecting a lot !!!!! Swimming pool is small

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice swimming pool, rooms very clean and spacious. Big thank you to waitress lady on first floor restaurant for her lovely smile and make me very welcomed every morning for breakfast. Definitely I will be back !

The gym is too small and with no natural light. Shower temperature was difficult to regulate, and water pressure was not good enough.

Rooms are comfy and big. Supermarket and restaurants available in walking distance. Pool warm enough considering that is in the shadowed part of the building.

I have stayed in this hotel many times, I think it is an excellent choice both for the quality-price ratio and for everything it offers. This time too I had a very spacious and quiet room. Everything ok, I recommend the Korean restaurant on the first floor.

2 yrs ago, same room, bath tub tile needed repair. This time, bidet hose leaked everyday. Put a towel down to prevent water all over the floor, housekeeping removes it, doesn't replace towel on floor under bidet. Repaired leak, still leaks. Sink was slow draining & clogged.

Love the property. Think rooms need to be fully repaired between stays.
