Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

The Grand Hyatt family room was very spacious and clean . The Housekeeping team did an excellent job, they come to clean the room everyday and provide complimentary water as well. They make the room clean and fresh like its the first day of getting there. The room service are always at hand to help as well. The staff meet you at the door and call the next taxi waiting in line for you All very professional staffs , big hotel, good restaurant options and central to most of the places we visited as it is usually under 30 mins

Spacious rooms and bathrooms, great view overlooking the pools and gardens with a great panoramic view of the creek. Breakfast was amazing with lots of variety and choices. Overall great hotel and hardworking staff. Well done.

It's our first time here and we stayed here for 3days and all I can say is the service in this hotel is phenomenal. I mean from the moment we came until the time we check out. All the staff are very accommodating. From the concierge, to Mariam in the FO who did our checked-in, to Violet in the phone operator, the staff in the breakfast hall and even the staff in WOX restaurant. All of them serve us with a smile and accommodate us with joy even during the busy hours. Best hotel I have stayed in Dubai so far.

United KingdomNothing, the Roli Poli kids club so more aimed at younger kids. My 7 and 9 year old Loved it in day one bur then mentioned it gets a little boring. I can imagine it’s great for younger kids. The kids enjoyed getting a buggy there and the gentleman who drove us was so lovely.
Customer service, clean, amazing food,location. We were going to reconsider when we realised our favourite pool is closed due to renovation but so glad we didn’t. They still have three amazing pools, no inconvenience at all with the works. We can’t wait for there being a amazing water park when we visit here next. If you have young children this is an amazing choice

Comfortable rooms to relax after spending out in the hot sun was extremely rewarding. From the entrance to the housekeeping the staff were courteous, friendly and attentive which I find the core values for success.
