Most of the rooms haven’t got balcony and you can’t open the windows as well, I hate it!

Staff is always amazing! The best I ever met. They always upgraded us. This time we had a huge three bedroom suite, unfortunately the music was very loud in the nearby restaurants all night long, so hardly sleep before midnight.

This is a 10 Stars Hotel not just 5, It’s huge and literally a Luxury Hotel. There is no word would describe the service unbelievably amazing. The smell of this hotel in every place inside it including the room is got is amazing. The bed is so so so so comfortable i would rate the quality 10/10. The room decoration is wonderful. The room service dinning in services is amazing and the waiters are so respectful that one day i forgot to remove the DND and ordered some food they did not knock the door or ring the bell, they called me and informed me that the guy is in front of my door waiting for me to take the food, RESPECT. The amenities in the room are high quality and has a nice smell i really liked the Mambo Tree Toothbrush.. The concierge 10/10 The valet parking: I never waited at the door they just come right at you to take it immediately.. Professional There is a supermarket in the lobby. Nearby shops and supermarkets, Al-Marsa and Marina is just nearby and you can go from the door of the hotel within steps you can enjoy the view of It, i really enjoyed it. JBR within mins you’ll be there.. I came as a Honeymooner and once i informed them they upgraded my room to an apartment thank you for the two girls who were in the reception at night shift they were so nice with us and assured that special arrangements will be done to my room with a special cake which was very tasty and the flowers was a nice gesture. A special thanks for Mr. Griffin and Mr. Sam this hotel is lucky to have them really.. Thank you so much and thanks to the management you made my stay amazing. Regards,

I always like to come back to this hotel. Perfect location. Big rooms with all you need for comfortable stay. Extra clean. Good and taking care service. Amaixing choice for breakfast.

I think the only downside was the Pool area, especially with a great deal of works happening in the surrounding towers. I appreciate there is the alternative hotel to use, but sometimes you just like to stay where you are

Absolutely everything if we are ever to return to Dubai, which we very much hope this will be the hotel we stay.  The location is ideal. We stayed in the second tower which was definitely the better of the two if I had to choose concierge staff were absolutely amazing you could not for the service every bar restaurant we managed to try was superb the Buddha Bar city social..

I was so blown away with the service, the cleanliness and how prompt the cleaning was. It felt like everytime I left the room I came back to fresh everything ! Maryiah booked me in, saw that I was pregnant and upgraded our room! She was sooo friendly and helpful, I've never met someone in a hotel like her. Thank you for everything!

Nothing main , All great , very happy with the short stay , elevators though could be confusing between the hotel rooms and residences .

Spacious rooms , wondeful bathrooms and aminities , loved the swimming pool , and the fact you can access the facilities and kids club in their sister Meridian hotel. Great breakfast , fresh and nice selection , GREAT staff ,very kind and attentive . Great kids club in Meridian , shuttle bus service .
