I think their weren't enough toiletry items. A lot of them need to be added, such as comb, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc etc. The fridge in the room was empty, cold drinks, water, chocolates, soft drinks etc etc must be kept and charged for the consumption of guests. Room lighting should also be increased. You need to add more items to the breakfast menu as well.

Very friendly accommodating staff, nice location, comfortable stay, Quick service. Special thanks to Babitra, Savito, Edward's, and all other housekeeping staff, reception staff, attendants at the breakfast area & room service staff were very efficient. Overall, it was a very pleasing experience.

I've been staying at j5 port saeed for a long time now. I must say the location is amazing and I love that it is a quiet hotel .Very peaceful . The whole team at the front desk is very helpful and specially Miss Mai .They are also open to suggestions and new ideas :)

There are few serious issues that need to be dealt with;such as noise pollution.The noise coming from rooms around can make you stay awake till dawn. There's need for noise proofs. The toilets' flush need to be changed because the water keeps running into the toilet tank without ending,after you flush. That too, keeps you awake.

Overall,I would say the hotel is very good as it has a kitchenette. The staff are very amiable, hospitable and always readily available to make your day.

Superb staff who are well trained, calm and courteous right from when a guest arrives. Especially Ruben Concierge, Mai and Edward at the reception and Khamis - Security. Close to City centre mall and metro. I loved my entire stay at this hotel and will surely come back again. They even helped receive my delayed amazon deliveries.

Wi-Fi! Make better internet access in the rooms, it will add this hotel bonuses during the stay.

This is my personal, but i prefer the law level buildings instead of the skyscrapers. This hotel locates in the one of that type buildings, 11 floors only. That was a good deal for this trip at fair price. The swimming pool on the rooftop was clean and big enough for my kid, hotel locates very close to the Deira City Centre Mall, the staff is very helpful and really good. There are two claims only, the hotel is slightly obsolete in interior and furniture, and the quality of Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi was really not good...
