Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GeorgiaThe water in the shower was lukewarm. We also couldn't figure out how the air conditioner worked, so it was also cool at night. The rooftop pool was not heated, so swimming was not possible at the beginning of March.
We stayed just for one night and could not explore the whole advantages on this place. Our room was rather big and well designed. The hotel is surrounded by supermarkets and restaurants.

Great Location with proximity to everything. Free basement parking is a blessing in an area like Bur Dubai.

The hotel is modern, clean spacious rooms, big comfortable bed & bathtub. There is a smart tv, good wifi & all amenities. There is an Indian restaurant, I was served breakfast. The staff were nice & helpful. The spa was rejuvenating. Opposite a big supermarket that opens 24hrs you'll get all you need there. Food outlets & restaurants surrounding the hotel. Value for money.
