Ms. Marcelina accommodated me and Given me a free upgrade which really satisfied me as a guest. The room was so clean and cozy. I would recommend the hotel to my company for the next business. Breakfast was extremely good delicious foods was served and a coffee ❤️ all staffs are very hospitable and friendly. I may not know all of you but THANK YOU FOR THE SERVICE ❤️❤️❤️

The service level is otherworldly. The lady at reception has catering and service in her blood, and that is shared by the rest of the team. They organized for me to be able to take a shower and change before going to the airport after a hot and sunny day, even though I had checked out hours ago! The breakfast is very good. Just the right balance between typical continental food and more local (mouhallabieh is worth a try!)

Although the pool and spa facilities and pleasant, some refurbishment could be made. Also, it would be great to have an open pool in the evening.

Kind staff, fantastic breakfast with both Asian and European varieties. Rooms are spacious, clean and the location is also nice (around 15 minutes walk from the subway).
