Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Our experience surpassed our expectations thanks to Mr. Malik who offered a pleasant welcoming to the hotel while checking-in. He did everything to makes us feel as if we were at home. I truly appreciate Mr. Malik kindness towards my mother. We confirmed why this hotel has such a great rating. Well deserved. In the overall, we truly loved the excellent customer service, the atmosphere, the view, the facilities, and especially the room space since it was for three people.

United KingdomThe room was very spacious, including the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and big; the bedding was extremely soft and silky, so much so that it was hard to leave the bed. The bathroom had everything you could imagine, even bath salt, meaning I didn’t need to ask for anything to be brought to my room. These things, such as the dressing gown, the slippers and the ironing board, were all included in the room and make a big difference to the experience.

United StatesHousekeeping leaves a card on your bed to breakfast brought to your room in the morning. The first time filled it out wrong, fine my fault but the second I filled it out right placed it outside my door before 12am like it said and I never got it, twice.
The property is downtown. You can actually walk to Mall of Dubai in about 20 minutes if you wanted to and see some other shops along the way. It’s very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The staff is great and it’s easy to get a taxi, Uber, or careem. There are many restaurants available at this location as well. The view from my room was amazing.
