Even if we tried to come up with something, we wouldn’t be able to. Everything was excellent!!

Our experience surpassed our expectations thanks to Mr. Malik who offered a pleasant welcoming to the hotel while checking-in. He did everything to makes us feel as if we were at home. I truly appreciate Mr. Malik kindness towards my mother. We confirmed why this hotel has such a great rating. Well deserved. In the overall, we truly loved the excellent customer service, the atmosphere, the view, the facilities, and especially the room space since it was for three people.

Breakfast needs to be until 11am as the city is lively at night and we were out til late so needed later time to have breakfast. Also asked for coffee machine and didn't get one. Needs more English speaking to channels!

Should have more amenities in the room, The Dubai mall pick and drop bus to be upgraded.

Staff is very good, from checkin to checkout, at breakfast all good. Breakfast has many options, Good sportsbar.

In business district, always heavy traffic . Hotel only have 1 hourly bus service to Dubai Mall . The bus s only 20 seater . Miss out a few times

The room was very spacious, including the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and big; the bedding was extremely soft and silky, so much so that it was hard to leave the bed. The bathroom had everything you could imagine, even bath salt, meaning I didn’t need to ask for anything to be brought to my room. These things, such as the dressing gown, the slippers and the ironing board, were all included in the room and make a big difference to the experience.

Housekeeping leaves a card on your bed to breakfast brought to your room in the morning. The first time filled it out wrong, fine my fault but the second I filled it out right placed it outside my door before 12am like it said and I never got it, twice.

The property is downtown. You can actually walk to Mall of Dubai in about 20 minutes if you wanted to and see some other shops along the way. It’s very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The staff is great and it’s easy to get a taxi, Uber, or careem. There are many restaurants available at this location as well. The view from my room was amazing.

The hotel was beautiful! Every inch of the building was super clean! I loved the overall service from all the staff! They were so kind and helpful! It was nice to have several restaurants and lounges on site!

Too long to wait for Taxi and Metro option was far too. There must be some shuttle service to Metro for guests.

Room was excellent, I didn't avail breakfast due to Ramadan. Location was good, but a bit far from centre point, but was ok.

The pool bar wasn’t functioning until 12 noon.

Lack of subbed by pool, pool team could have been quicker. Last time we stayed water was offered free of charge when towels were put down this didn’t happen this time.

Rooms are small but comfortable, they missed a day for cleaning and even water was not given so we asked for it. the French restaurant was having a daily offer for a grab and go breakfast whit a fantastic coffee. we really enjoyed that. staff are very friendly and the lifts are great.
