Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

PakistanFlush was not working properly water was getting stuck in the washbasin of both the bathrooms, When I called reception they said they are sending someone but they didn't. I again called them and asked them to send a technician and again they didn't pay heed to it finally on the third call they sent a technician and the technician came with a broken pump :) but he was able to solve the problem with that pump. Then the next day when we used bath tub again we encountered the drainage problem in the bath tub. Water was not draining fast as it should due to which we had to wait for water to drain. On this problem too, we called technician and this time he came in one call with that broken pump but he was not able to solve the problem but he constantly kept on saying that problem is solved which was not the case, because for whole 8 to 9 days we had face that problem and then we didn't bother to call him.

KenyaThe location of the hotel is excellent. One can easily use the metro and a bus to the airport. the hotel is near many shops for shoppers and places of eatery are also available.
The Cleanliness was not up to standard the cups were never cleaned. One is forced to clean like its airbnb. Secondly I had requested for a room with one king size bed but i was placed in a room with twin bed. The management need to keep their bargains on customers needs.

The Security guy stationed at the Bell Desk called Adil was extremely helpful. The location of the hotel is great. The gym facilities are great as well as the terrace pool.

United Arab Emirateswe tried breakfast buffet, the options are limited but for the price we pay 15aed per person I can say its good but can be improve. We got confirmation for late check out but when I reconfirm they said the standard check out is 12:00, I told them that I got confirmation online till 2pm but they said max they can give is 1:00 (that is fine with us, though we are expecting it will be less of a deal since we got approval already and we check in at 9pm which is already late we are just hoping for a little consideration and little time to rest a bit longer)

Near Old Souk. Stuff helped me on check out to contact clinic for PCR test and they helped us change room They were also nice to bring us stuff in the room whenever we needed like clean towels and toilet paper. Breakfast was cheap and great quantity and for everybody
