The hotel itself is excellent - position, design, food - but the stand out for me was the staff, they were amazing, always ready to help, always had a smile

It was my first time at Le Royal Meridien and I really enjoyed my staying there. Stylish and fresh interior, mix of contemporary design , classic and technology. Staff was super helpful, room service fast , breakfast was A M A Z I N G. I will definitely choose Le Royal Meridien for my next visit to Dubai. In addition, the hotel is very family friendly and it is not loud in the evenings so you are happy to relax

Not a complaint but the room on the 8th floor was a bit far for walking to places and my wife not like lifts but she closed her eyes and we got there. Got spoilt with room 119 last time hahaha

Everything was what we expected having been there a few times. That is why we always stay there.nothing is a problem to the staff they put civility back into civilisation .luv it

We were there the day and night of severe floods . We caught the hotel shuttle bus to the Dubai Mall , there was a severe weather warning and the hotel did not warn us . The result was terrible we were stranded in floods and could not return back to the Le Meridien there was no transport in all Dubai We had to stop the night in the Hilton a 4 mile walk from the Mall. Because we were not warned of the red alert, Where was Le Meridien duty of care in this matter? The cost was £400 for the Hilton plus payment for Le Meridien and a 4 mile walk to safety .

Beautiful grounds, with beach access close to JBR. Rooms were clean and comfortable and service was exceptional.

Gorgeous pools and access to the beach. Great selections for breakfast and dinner. The location is a bonus as you are walking distance to everything in the Marina.

It was quite loud on Friday afternoon when we around the pool from the sound of barasti. Also I’m not sure the sheets were cotton as I woke up sweaty

We loved the breakfast and they gave us a free upgrade which was nice. Nice comfy sunloungers. We went to the Indian for dinner and it was incredible

The staff is very friendly and responsible. The garden is beautiful, especially green zone with ice and cold napkins without children. Breakfasts are plentiful. The pillows in the room are the best in the world. The gym is well equipped. One of the days my husband forgot his phone in a taxi from the hotel to a mall. The security service returned it the next day. Guys, thank you very much! You are the best detectives!

The room is very small. I have been to other 5 star hotels in Dubai and the room was really tiny for the Dubai standard at this price point. And very generic , it could have been everywhere. However we didn’t come here for the room and we could consider coming back as the garden and the beach is perfect. I would recommend this hotel to everyone , you just need to manage your expectations.

The poolside restaurants were a complete fail: extremely slow service (they forgot about your orders), food not so good and overpriced. Regarding the room as I have requested something special for our anniversary, we got an upgrade but the view was someone's windows in a building which was very disappointing for the price we paid.

The breakfast and dinner options from the buffet are really good! The cleanliness of the room and size was topnotch. The beach is a bit far from the sunbeds but in general it is one of the best options at the Marina.
