The apartment was modern, clean and the bed was super comfy. The balcony overlooks the lake in JLT, so it’s great to sit out in the morning and have a coffee. The host was excellent at communicating, always on hand to answer questions both before and during our stay. We really loved it here and would highly recommend.

Great location Exceptional Host! The studio was so good and catered to my needs that i want to gatekeep lol but no seriously a great stay a 24hr store in building local to metro and marina and palm as i had family and friends stay in those places so is was a good location for such things, great pool on roof couldnt ask for more will stay in future! I recommend this property to everyone as it enjoys an excellent location very close to the metro to be able to reach every place and close to the sea and various clubs. The appartment is located in the JLT complex, having everything around you need. Metrostation “Sobha Realty” + Tramstation “Dubai Marina” in walking distance or 12dhs taxi ride. The pool on the roof is the icing on the cake. Ivana our host, was one of the best welcoming and thoughtful hosts we could imagine. From arrival til departure she cares about you and makes sure you have all you need. Comfortable and good equipped appartment.

Incredibly kind host that was very keen to see us happy with our stay. Best hospitality I have ever experienced. The studio itself is not big, however has everything you need, is in a location where you have an incredible view from the balcony and can have long walks around water areas and with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. One shop is even within the building. Nice view rooftop pool. Almost perfect stay.

The apartment looks even better in real life than at the photos. It's very cozy and stylish, equipped with everything you might need, from cooking stuff to adaters. And the pool on the 40th floor of the building is just awesome, with amazing view. Location is also very nice, it's not far from the metro, there are a lot if cafes in the neighborhood and a big Carrefour for those who like to cook. Also Ivana is a lovely host, always there to help.

everything about the property is just so prestigious & beautiful ! from that amazing mirror wall to the beautiful balcony setup, ivana's studio is so cozy & sweet ! ii felt easily like at home & it was hard to leave ! she went above & beyond to make us feel welcome ! she really has a genuine care for her guest & think of all the smallest details ! even the shampoo are from such a high quality ! she was so quick to respond ! since it was our first time, she was so kind to take her time to suggest us all of the good restaurants around ! the balcony view is breathtaking & the area is so cuteeee ! it's right in front of a water pond ! the kindest host ever ! thankiiu again, we were very honoured & it means a lot that our first stay in dubai went so magically & smoothly ! big hugs & kisses xox mina ♡

Fantastic place - just after you open the door you will see beautiful apartament which is not only nicely decorated but also smells really good. Place is super clean and equipped with everything you need to feel comfortable. The balcony has a great view on a lake. Metro station is close, as well as mamy shops and restaurants. Big advantage is the pool on the roof - stunning view on the city. Host is super friendly and helpful - she was checking with us if everything is fine and was super responsive. You can feel as really welcomed guest as she put a lot of effort on this place and atmosphere.

Everything was great!

This property is really great on the 8th floor of the JLT Cluster V tower, perfectly located with a great view overlooking the nice little lake. The location is close to the main train station of JLT and to the Marina which is a walkable distance to the beach. I want to give a special thank you to Ivana for her great support while I was there, making sure I have all I need in the apartment, and also contacting me to make sure I was OK. The room was very clean. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. I will be back!
