Everything! Location and view is superb, exactly facing burj Khalifa & dubai mall. The entire apartment is new, clean and well maintained. A nice gym, adults pool and kids pool are good. Direct access to dubai mall through a pedestrian bridge connecting the building. Lulu hypermarket downstairs. Everything is easily accessible. The staff are very supportive especially Mr. Bilal who supported us was very pleasant and supportive. They created a WhatsApp group and communicated about shared all the details for checkin and facilities. Always available and very transparent. *****

What's not to like? From our perspective, the space was more than generous, the apartment being extremely well structured. Nothing to comment about the cleanliness, everything being more than decent. I also have to note with "Excellent" the way of communication that started even before arrival and continued throughout our stay, Manish being very attentive and ready to help in case of need. The position of the building was optimal, with direct access to the Dubai Mall through a footbridge. Regarding the free view that is included in the price of this apartment located on the 53rd floor, I prefer to attach some images that are certainly worth more than words. Thank you Magnificent! You were a great host and if we come to Dubai again, we already know where we want to stay.

Location is just a dream, you cant even describe this to someone, it has to be seen! For us it was the "center of the world" thing and it was a dream come true to wake up to those views. Dont read negative reviews (cause l did) and nothing can top this location, service from the host and the ease of use

The staff at the reception were not the most helpful. There is no wifi in the lobby area and staff will not help you to book taxis. This caused difficulties for us, as we relied on the internet to be able to book taxis. The wifi was great to begin with, after the property was cleaned the Internet was no longer working. Someone did come to look at it and we were provided with another Internet, but this Internet was really poor. I felt like we were blamed for the internet no longer working. There was good wifi in Dubai mall. The bunk bed room had comfortable beds, however there is no storage space in this room what so ever. There is a wardrobe, but you are not allowed to access this.

Great access to the Dubai Mall & access to a lovely pool area. View from the Balcony was amazing. Staff kept in very good contact and created a whatsapp group which was helpful. There is a supermarket in Dubai Mall which you could get to within a short walk. The master bedroom is beautiful, very good size with a huge bathroom.

First of all, I would like to say thank you to Magnificent Dubai Group especially to Harish who met us and gave us a tour of the unit. The unit is very clean, spaciously comfortable and have the best view in Dubai! We love the balcony where you can watch the city lights at night and have a relaxing moment. We love the location! The building is connected with a bridge going to Dubai Mall. Also if you are hungry and need some grocery stuff, Grandiose Market is just on P6 area. This place is really MAGNIFICENT and best for family of 8. Value for money too! You will never find a place like this in Dubai. NEVER HESITATE to book this unit! We will definitely book this room when we are in Dubai. It is really a Treasure! Air conditioning is really good which is around 23-25 degrees Celsius in the afternoon and 19-20 degrees Celsius during night time. The host is very accommodating and kind. They answered all my inquiries regarding the unit. Book this unit now and enjoy the rest of Dubai!

The washing machine that has a drying setting is just actually spin to dry, so clothes have to be actually hanged dry. No 110 voltage. But those are just minor things that one can adjust to it.

The view was magnificent! You can watch the dancing water fountain at night and the changing light colors of Burj Khalifa. In the morning, you can witness the sunlight streaming through the Burj khalifa bldg, which is spectacular. Dubai mall is an easy access just a walk away from the apt where you can do groceries, buy food at the food court, drink coffee, and catch the metro.

So to start off, more than the apartment we liked the team managing the apartment. During our stay we had a few requests that the team went out of their way and promptly provided. Our check-in and check-out was as smooth as it could be. As for the apartment, it was spacious, clean and well equipped with a beautiful view of the Burj and fountains.
