I had exception of better view and floor. Bathroom didn't have cold water.

Staff, valet parking, breakfast and cleanliness was great. If you have a car, location is great because it's near the Mall of Emarates and also near the palm.

The lunch menu in the lounge was very limited compared to the breakfast choices, this wasn’t a ‘dislike’ just a comparison.

What a fantastic stay at the Marriott, after many stays on the palm this has to be a one of our favourites. The hotel is in a very good location with lovely and approachable staff, overall it was a very comfortable and luxurious stay. The staff are really accommodating, from the cleaners, waiters, concierge, pool & bar staff and so on. The rooms were kept very clean, the communal areas were also very organised and tidy. The lounge access option really made our stay, the choice of breakfast and access to tea, coffee etc over 24hours was great. The staff work really hard to accommodate all of your needs and they do so with a smile and manners. The pools were great, we always managed to grab a sun lounger! The gym facility is really impressive and again kept very clean, with access to water fountain, towels and fruit.

The queues at times to sign paper at breakfast could be looked at, signing a piece of paper seems a bit outdated at this point, not a massive issue but could be improved. Service in the Smoki Restaraunt on Level 2 was a bit off, they didn't seem happy about a person comingh to eat on their own.

Excellent choice and variety, service was spot on with staff knowing what I wanted after a day or two and attending to me promptly. Got upgraded to a beach view room upon check in after requesting.

A few points: - The price point is high for what you're getting. The price isn't very competitive compared to other offerings in Dubai for the same price or less - The swimming pool areas are staffed by friendly people who want to help, but they are overcrowded and this really detracts from the experience - My check in and check out procedures were awful. On check in we were asked to wait 12 minutes until check in opened. The room can't be cleaned in 12 minutes, so that means it was likely ready. They just asked us to wait. Normally if a room is ready and you're a bit early then receptionists will just give you the room. - At check out the receptionist seemed to be all over the place. When I finally got her attention and was being served, she allowed herself to be distracted by the some Turkish tourists who cut to the front of the line to ask a question; she then ignored me until she had run around servicing their request. This is awful customer service and the Turkish tourists should have been told to wait, rather than making me wait.

The location was nice on the palm, lots of restaurants and other places that you can visit on foot (a rarity in Dubai).

Pool is mostly for kids, no possibility to swim for adults. Sea and beach are nice, although the width of the sea area is limited

1. The wi-fi was not working well. 2. Of course, it is not the fault of the hotel, but a small fenced area of the sea can hardly be called the sea. We went to other beaches.

I especially want to note the service staff. At the reception everything is very fast and clear, excellent cleaning, fast service in the restaurants. Very tasty and varied food in the restaurants. Large pool, great location, the hotel is very beautiful.

If I don’t come back again to the Marriot the plan is the responsible of the GYM and the SPA, while I was doing my workout I want to have a protein shake which costs 50 dirham, I couldn’t have it as they asked to pay in cash or by a card, can you imagine that, you stay for a week in a 5 stars hotel but they couldn’t charge it to the room which is unacceptable at all. Also the desk of the GYM is almost empty, no one can help if you need it, I upload some photos. there is no free access to the steam bath or to the Sauna, you can use it only if you book for a massage which is unusual, The facility has a good gym

The hotel is new, clean, rooms are comfortable and the house keeping service is outstanding, the hotel has a pool and an access to the sea which is very near, the location is absolutely amazing

Property was perfect and all in house restorants were perfect,good gym equipment and all other facilities…right on the west beach so very easy access to the beach

I like the loby and the staff was amazing specially Valeria.. she was always there to assist us when we needed her..
