Beds in room are a little hard. Breakfast buffet had lots of choice but was repetitive

Property is in an amazing location, with views of the Burj. Close proximity to the souk. Very clean and elegant throughout the hotel. Rooms were cleaned twice daily, and toiletries replaced. Bathroom had both shower and bath tub, and two sinks which was very useful. Stay included access to Wild Wadi water park and use of some spa facilities. Lots of restaurants to choose from around the resort Buggy to take you between different areas as resort is big.

Very minimal children's facilities.

The service is out of this world. A definition of Dubai! Nothing was too much to ask. Very helpful, courteous and professional. Special mention to Trishana at reception, who went out of her way to assist us. Excellent size rooms. Great Food

Dinner buffet

A world class resort with amazing facilities. Location is ideal. A lot of f and b outlets to choose from. Only negative was the dinner buffet which is part of the half board package. All staff were so knowledgeable on their role and what was needed and where everything was which is rare nowadays so hats off to the operational team

The smell and the noise from skijets, too much time spent checking in, but we can get over it thanks to the quality of the rest of the services and the level of the hotel in general

The beach is one of the most beautiful, the perfect color of the waters of the Persian Gulf, the room is large and perfectly clean, the breakfast is superb

We come to this hotel for the third time and it never fails to amaze us. Excellent location, intricate design of hotel facilities, plentiful food options, friendly and helpful staff. They take care of every little aspect of your stay and make it really enjoyable and remarkable.

They tried to overcharge the accommodation, they forgot the services requested for the special event for which we were there: a birthday.

Not being able to use main pool area as we weren’t executive club members. This has just changed recently and I was not aware when I made the booking. I feel this is unnecessary especially as it could use the pool in the other , neighbouring Jumeriah hotels.

Hotel cleanliness and fabulous staff were a standout. It’s been refurbished since we last stayed . Room and balcony weee outstanding. Great location and proximity to the Souk Madinat are real advantage.

Beautiful Arabian Venice. Jumeirah Mina A'Salam is incredible peaceful oasis in modern Dubai! We were surrounded by authentic Arabian luxury and beauty. The view of majestic Burj Al-Arab Rising like a sail out of the Arabian Gulf was indeed a bonus. Surely, the people are best part of the overall experience. Everyone was very kind and caring. Incredible genuine appreciation radiated from every person! Thank you Mina A'Salam for making our stay unforgettable! I cannot recommend this place enough!

Beach clubs like Summersalt wanted a minimum spend just on walk in basis for a drink, found that was the necessary. Shimmers Restaurant would not accept us in for a casual drink around 5.30pm where it was relatively quiet as they obviously wanted to have a minimum spend on food but would not say it. We got turned away from numerous locations on the site when not ordering food just wanted a drink.

It’s a big property that is a resort feel. Very comfortable and spacious. Super friendly staff and very helpful.
