Hussam and Noor made me feel very welcome. The house is well maintained and clean. Also there are cool facilities such as the private pool and billiard table and the view is Amazing!

It was only one bathroom with shower so it was long queue to it and it wasn't the cleanest.

Perfect location, in the middle of marina, 15 min walking from metro station, very nice lady helped us to accomodate. Clean bedsheets. Access to water and wifi for free. Cozy open space. You can accomodate 24/h what is very comfortable.

The host Noor is really good. She makes sure the place is well maintained and she is readily available for any queries. Location around the place is quite premium and has McD nearby which was our goto place for meals. You can also cook in the kitchen for quick bites.

Nice hostel located in Jumeirah residences, so well connected to transportation system like tram and buses. The hostel was pretty nice, it has coworking areas. In general I did like my stay.

Top bunker beds are slightly uncomfortable to climb

nothing unlikeable, loved it in fact. strict security, your belongings are always safe and clean place.

It was extremely clean and well maintained. I have stayed in expensive hotels but for the price I paid for neyar, this is hands down one of the best choice I could’ve made. Great people, great location 10mins walk away from the JBR beach. would definitely stay here if I had to make the choice again.

This is the best hostel I have ever been to. Everything you need is nearby. Grocery stores 2 minutes walk, currency exchange 3 minutes walk, a lot of restaurants and other entertainments. Huge thanks to Hussam, Mohammad and Noor. Without these people, that place would not be so cool. The hostel is always clean. The beds are very comfortable. Here I met a lot of people with whom I continue to keep in touch, some of them became my good friends. If you want to find affordable accommodation in the best area of ​​the city, I definitely recommend this hostel.

One discomfort was climbing up the third flood bunker bed, so make sure you can get the first or second floor if possible.

Stayed here only for two nights. If you are on a tight budget, I think this is the best place to go to. The rooms were taken care of daily and the beds were good. The people staying here were all very friendly and hospitable.

Very friendly staff, all really huge rooms. Great view from the balcony and the garden. Situated in a quiet part of Dubai, very close to the Beach Vibes. In all honesty, I have not seen hotel or hostel apartment cleaners working around the clock like these people and the scent of air freshener throughout the house.

I've enjoyed my stay ! the accommodation is an 8-minute walk from the beach. With supermarket, gym, swimming pool and kitchen with all utensils. It's super clean ( they have a lovely lady cleaning all day). The owner is 5 stars, super friendly and without a doubt that the good vibe is felt in this place. I loved my stay, I made friends and I will definitely be back! highly recommend!

Staff was friendly, rooms and bathrooms were clean. There are comfortable beds, so soft. Destination is really good, 10 minutes to the beach, 15 minutes to metro station, 5 minutes to bus stop. The stay is near river, and it’s really good to walk around in evening time. Nice place!

There is not enough locker/cabinet for the all guests. But if you can fit all your things in a locked luggage which I did, that would be enough. Also, all sockets/plugs are on the lower part of the walls which makes it impossible to charge if youre on the higher decks of the bed. But i have power bank with me so it's not an issue.

The property is just a 5min walk to JBR which is very convenient. It's close to shops, cafes and the neighborhood is also safe. The owner and staff are very accommodating and would make you feel comfy and safe. The vibe is lively and chill at the same time. Wifi is fast and the facilities are clean. They always clean the bathrooms, especially after someone has showered or used it, which I like.
