*Unlike the rest of the hotel areas, beach side services such as drinks must be improved it as the staff takes a very long time to bring the orders . *The bed matters must be changed its waay over used and should have been changed along time ago which does not fit out with the other parts of the room and the resort that are very luxury and fascinating.

The staff are so helpful polite and kind, the location is 10, a late checkout was given to us based on our flight which amazing.

More quite places to relax. I think ehat is missing from the hotels in Dubai is private areas for residence. I am sure that restaurant should also have customers from outside, I also like to go for dinner to other hotels. But Bars and pools whould be more private.

The Manager of the hotel made everything to make our stay unforgetable. Even the food in the room was more than excellent

Only thing I would say when you are half bored there is a limited number of restaurant you can use and the menu very small to choose from

- Complicated to get a Taxis, - the Drift a bit too noisy from the beach/ pool and rooms close to that area. - the indoor restaurant next to the pool closed too often

- The architecture, the beauty of the gardens, - the kindness of the staff from the main gate to the restaurant and the great team at reception and concierge - the convenience of baggys to move around in the resort.

The staff were incredibly welcoming. They went above and beyond, considering every tiny detail to make our one night stay absolute perfection. We were celebrating my mums 70th and the team made her feel like a queen! The resort is stunning, we loved the beach, the gym facilities, the authentic Moroccan meal at Tagine and the fabulous breakfast buffet.

Probably the seaweed on the beach but we stayed around the pool which was fabulous.

Really is old style Dubai which we love. Everything was done 5 star,could not do enough to please us we really had a lovely stay all staff were brilliant.

Very little to correct about our trip other than a few comments about the beach. The water at the beach looked very murky and had items such as baby wipes floating in it. Even though we were told the water was very clean before we went in it certainly did not feel it. As a result we didn't spend much time at the beach.

We loved the pools and pool area - the staff were excellent and provided a fantastic service. The hotel was incredibly well-appointed and our room and bathroom exceeded expectations. We hope to go back!

The staff were unbelievable so friendly , welcoming and went above and beyond from arrival . Made it a truly memorial holiday . The hotel is prestine , only thing I would recommend is a better room service menu with more options of maybe pizza pasta fries it was very formal when wanting a snack in your room

There is a construction right next to the Arabian court, but I asked the hotel management to change my room and they provided me a room with an amazing view and no noice or construction view

It’s not my first stay in one and only royal mirage. But every time I am impressed with service and the quality.
