We had a fantastic stay at Premier Inn Dubai Barsha Heights. The location is excellent, with easy access to shops and other amenities. The breakfast was very good, offering a wide variety of options to start the day. We particularly appreciated the dinner option, where you can order from a menu rather than having an all-you-can-eat buffet – it made for a more personalized and enjoyable dining experience. The bar was great, very lively in the evening, and frequented by both hotel guests and local residents. It felt homely, almost like a slice of the UK in Dubai. The staff were nice and polite, contributing to the overall positive atmosphere. Our room was spotless – one of the cleanest we’ve seen in any hotel. A big well done to the housekeeping staff for maintaining such high standards. The reception staff was amazing, providing excellent service and making us feel very welcome. We do have two small suggestions: it would be nice to have olive oil or some dressing for the salad at breakfast, as the choice of salad is great. Additionally, meal vouchers issued at check-in would be helpful, especially for groups, as it became confusing for us to keep track when eating at different times. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Barman wasn't trained to manage basics, but not a detractor. Eventhoughbwe were overcharged.

A small complaint that we could not watch the Champions League final in the bar because you had to pay for "unlimited beer" to enter the bar.

Everything was great, the location is very good, the staff is very friendly, breakfast was very good, rooms are clean, pool is not so big but it's okay.

If the hotel was closer to the metro station it would've been perfect. A 15 minute walk in the Dubai heat proved too much for us.

Fantastic value for money. The Premier Inn in Barsha Heights had everything we needed for a wonderful stay in Dubai. Comfy beds, great breakfast spread, fantastic and helpful staff and very clean. We didn't use the pool but did venture to see it and on another occasion we would've definitely made more use of it.

Breakfast was fantastic and staffs were so professional and neat. The whole atmosphere felt like home away from home for me and my family. I would recommend it always. Anytime I visit Dubai, Premier Inn Barsha Heights will be my hotel I would stay.

The Half board Breakfast and Dinner was Very good. We liked the fact that you can choose between dinner and Lunch for your half board options. There were many choices of starters and main course. Followed by Dessert ice cream or Brownie. The pool was nice but small. It was adequate. Can get busy at times. Friendly staff.

Immaculate and such a lovely bar, restaurant area. Reception along with the waiting area/coffee bar feels very relaxed and is well finished. Location is great, Taxis on hand all day. Shops are just around the corner. Rooms maid up every day, fresh water loaded into the fridge which was appreciated.

Not very good air conditioning (it blows strongly directly on the bed), there are no adapters for European sockets, we had to buy them ourselves

The room was clean and spacious with good amenities. Hotel staff were friendly and accomodation. Breakfast selection was fantastic & the rooftop pool with the pool bar was perfect. The location is about a 5-10 minutes walk to the internet city metro station, but aside from that you are on the outskirts of the Dubai Marina prescient. Fortunately, despite Dubai being a relatively expensive destination cabs are quite reasonably priced, so the most we paid for a cab to the accomodation was from the airport which was approx $37 AUD. Great hotel none the less & would stay again. Thank you to the Team at Premier Inn Barsha Heights.
