We had a half board package which had changed for the worse this year. It made eating in the two other restaurants on site less appealing which was a shame but the food in le jardin is excellent so wasnt a massive problem. There was a kids go free offer for May 24 which they didnt have last year. I think I'd have reconsidered my stay had I known at the time of booking. Didn't ruin the holiday but was less relaxing than I was hoping for

This is the 2nd time I've stayed here and I've enjoyed both. Staff are very attentive. Service is excellent. Food was top quality

Too busy at pool at beach to the point the hotel seemed overwhelmed. I was confused as to why the hotel took on so many guest if they had trouble catering for them at the pool and beach.

Some of there stuff are not professional, and they don’t know how to handle the challenges, in the day day we checked in we came an hour early, we we were waiting until the room to be ready, we saw a lady arguing with the staff for almost 40 minutes, we were surprised from the lady, until me myself I saw that one of there stuff were unprofessional and laying, in addition you can feel that the most of the restaurant stuff were serving the food as there job without even a smile.

The facility is good, room is big, location is great, beach is good, pool is good

Amazing hotel, the staff is so nice, the food is excellent! We had a great time by the pool, the kids enjoyed the kids club time. I loved the Club lounge, which had a good wine selection for the happy hour. The views of the Palm from our room and the Club terrace are amazing! We definitely want to go back to this hotel!

This hotel is a solid five star property. I’m travelling a lot both for business and leisure, and this place was honestly a perfect place to stay. There’s nothing I can fault - the staff, the room, the bedding, the facilities, the ambiance, the restaurants and food choices - everything was spotless. Special thanks to Nicolas at the reception for a free upgrade and personal attention. Will definitely be back.

The checkin managers did not support, two of my guests forgot their original hard copies of ID, they made us go home (30kms far) and come back with originals. Everywhere soft copies of photo ids are accepted. This wasted a lot of our time and also spoiled our mood. We eventually checkedin by 9 pm. Although they extended our stay and gave us late checkout next day 6pm. But still the secondary guests with soft copies should be allowed. Primary guest under whose name booking is done, if he is showing original hard copy, that should be enough

Beach facilities were a let down Beds a bit past their sell by date Service at the beach not terribly good Throughout the hotel there was a feeling of it been short staffed Butler service was non existent Need to take a leaf out of the burj al Arab butler service Service on the 6th floor for breakfast was also dependent on how busy they were, again a lack of staff.

This hotel was absolutely fantastic, the staff were amazing and the attention to detail was excellent, nothing was to much trouble. The rooms were absolutely beautiful and everything was immaculate. The pool area was pristine, and again the attention to detail, from cold towels to someone cleaning your sunglasses! Would definitely go back.

Some orders at breakfast take a while when it’s busy. Also at the pool it can take a while for drinks, snacks etc to arrive after it’s been ordered
