Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

This was the second time staying with Rove, I still like the hotel, close to Dubai Mall.

AustraliaThe shower and bidet pressure could be a bit better. We were on the 9th floor so I don't know if that makes a difference. The beds were comfy as well but could do a bit better. Then again, I have chronic back pain. So it may be comfortable for others.
Excellent vibes. Great facilities. Wonderful gym and pool. Very clean and tidy. The staff were exceptionally friendly. Helped with our luggage at all stages and answered many room service calls. We enjoyed the facilities and the Burj View was beautiful from our room. There is free parking and a 24 hour mini store in the lobby.

I read several customer reviews before booking this hotel. I had a smooth and fast check in and check out. The front desk staff is really great! My bedroom was clean with very comfortable bed and nice bedsheets and pillow. Very good shower too. It is very well located, walking distant to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. The TGI Fridays is right there inside the hotel where you can have your excellent breakfast and lunch and dinner if you desire. For me it was very handful having a restaurant in the hotel after coming back at the end of the day (tired ....) from a full day outdoors activities. There is also, inside the hotel, a small grocery/supermarket place opened 24/7.
