The facilities were great and so was the service, two lovely Moroccan receptionist were amazing, one was called chaimae, both were so helpful and lovely. They went above and beyond service wise and were extremely polite

The hotel itself is amazing, very luxurious, the lobby and the gold elevator are really awesome, staff is really friendly and smiley, the swimming pool is great and offer an amazing view of Atlantis and the palm of Jumeirah, the photo company that works with them is astonished, they bring you to places and they have all acessories and dresses for photoshoots, and the pictures have really high quality, the restaurant serves very tasty food and the breakfast has a great variety of food, for everyone, they have transfer to some malls included in price, and the transfer to airport was punctual and driver was friendly and helpful.

A little far out on the Palm and sometimes Dubai Taxis were hard to find. The hotel operated a car booking system, but we found this to be a little more expensive than a metered taxi. Some of the staff were selling experiences such as photo shoots and beauty treatments and which felt a little overwhelming.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful hotel. It has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location is perfect, with an easy access the beach. What sets this hotel apart is its welcoming and friendly staff. Special thank you to the Chaima at the front desk. When we asked about the possibility of upgrading our room, she went above and beyond and upgraded our room to a suite, with a balcony and a breathtaking sea view! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable getaway with outstanding service!

The staff at the property were always friendly and helpful with any queries or concerns. The view from the beach was amazing and the pool area was also nice too. The rooms were lovely and we received an upgrade due to it being my Wife's birthday which was nice of them. Overall, 10/10.

The doors are so heavy they slam loudly Also the beach front is shared by a beach club so the space is small

Even though I’m planning on staying there again the only thing I didn’t like is their laundry service. I think they could be free because I stayed in little cheaper hotel in Dubai but the laundry is free.

It is very far from Dubai city centre and even Marina, but you get “reasonable” price for a stay on the Palm.

Nothing I only wish I could have stayed longer

I enjoyed my stay at this luxurious hotel on the famous Palm in Dubai. The hotel is right on the beach with a private pool. The staff are very welcoming and helpful with serving. The hotel offers water-sports activities such as water skiing or jet surfing. I went snorkeling on the beach and saw a variety of species such as mangrove red snappers and emperor black spot fish. The food was absolutely delicious and I chose the breakfast and dinner. The hotel also offers to change your dinner reservation to a lunch buffet reservation if you have made plans to go out at night. There is a free shuttle bus to the Mall of Emirates from the hotel that leaves at selected times. Once you reach the Mall of Emirates you can use the Dubai metro all around Dubai. The hotel is close to the Atlantis so you can go to the waterpark for the day if you wish. The rooms are very capacious with breathtaking views of the ocean and the city. I could see the world’s tallest building the Burj Khalifa from my bedroom and the Burj Al Arab hotel that looks like a sail. Above all I had a very comfortable vacation at this hotel with great food, fun activities and wonderful five star services.

I didn't realise just how far it was and how long it would take to get to the hotel once I reached the Palm, very minor point.

The hotel offers a high-end experience that is delivered with a personal touch, as a smaller property, the guests aren't lost in the crowds.
