Check in is a bit slow, besides that all else is perfect.

Faultless hotel, I have stayed at many many hotels in Dubai, this rates the best so far...Staff, management setting, decor etc just perfect.

Difficult of elevator, when you try to proceed for your own room, sometimes card responses sometimes not unfortunately.

Room was perfect and the food ( felia) restaurant. The one guy who helped me for everything was Shafeeq ( Security ) and I appreciate his support.

the value for money is great for its location and The room had full kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, stove. The balcony had view on Burj Khalifa, so dreamy. It was super easy to get Careem drivers and dubai mall, D3 are minutes away. Their check in was in seconds. I also got courtesy calls from mary to make sure I was ready for, (i informed the check-in desk that I happen to have a meeting that will finish at 12:30, so they immediately gave me a check out at 2.00, so i would high recommend this hotel for business trips as well as family). We also remembered that we forgot one bag in the car, they ran to get it late at night and brought it to the room

The suit we took was at the constructions side it was so loudy and noisy we call them when we were there at the same time and they give us a better suit they were very helpful

I booked an apartment for 3 people but... the sofa bed wasn't really suitable for sleeping, so they had to bring in another bed (before we changed to a 2-bedroom apt), which basically filled the space. I didn't really expect that in a 5-star hotel. No bathrobe or sheets were provided as well (before we requested the extra bed). On top of that we had to wait like 1 hour before they delivered our bags to the room One of the reasons for choosing SLS was the pool on the 75th floor. However, when we checked it, there was a party going on, so there were literally no available spaces. The front pool was full of people, with extremely LOUD music and extra drumming too. This was completely the opposite of what I expected. However, I will take responsibility for booking on a Saturday and at a place where they normally host parties and allow non-hotel guests to pay and enter. Lesson learned!

Huge thanks to Adam (from Algeria) at the reception who made our stay pleasant by changing the room. The original room had one of the worst possible views (being on the ~40th floor and facing construction; who even allowed Regalia to build so close and right there? And of course it's not SLS's fault that someone is building so close to them...) and, on top of that, had a bad smell. This is why we requested to change rooms, and Adam kindly gave us a nice upgrade. We have been promoting SLS to everyone we know for the last year (after our first stay) and loved it. But when we came now we went from "Only SLS" to "Never Again" to "Maybe At Some Point" (thanks to Adam!). - The staff is great - Filia restaurant is great (breakfasts are the best) - View to the downtown is great (when you have it) - Sbar is great - The reception is impressive, at the 71st floor The previous time we rated it 10/10 and now I'm giving it 8 only thanks to Adam, otherwise it would be a straigth 1.

We arrived early to the hotel around 7:00 am, we waited till 13:00 to have the room and couldn’t have breakfast at the hotel on the first day (we had been told that breakfast on additional fee although our reservation included breakfast)

The room was very nice, well furnished , comfortable and clean. The breakfast was so delicious with alot of options, all things were delicious The hotel was relatively close to attractions by car.

The best hotel I’ve been to! Can’t express how good this hotel was. From the room, to the staff, the views and location. The rooms were immaculate. The staff were so friendly I could not believe how caring and service oriented they were. They upgraded me to a room when I arrived as well which was amazing. Can’t wait to go back to dubai just to stay here.

I checked in late at around 10 pm , sure aware of the situation that the airspace in Beirut was closed . In other words came in very late and asked for a late check out timed with my plane departure , Should have been approved

The looby elevator in floor 71 it was so far and I have Pain in my ear I didn’t like this , also the The air conditioning was not working and the place was very hot
