It's a bit far away from Dubai Mall, if you plan on walking by foot it's almost 20 mins, which is not recommended as it's both hot and Dubai is not walkable. So order a taxi. Also there weren't enough outlets in our room to charge our devices, so we had to unplug the alarm clock. Felt wrong to do so 😄 Hotel is also very traditional, so there's an expensive minibar and overprices massages.

I like the staff, the room itself, and the service. We were treated so well by everyone there. The view is excellent, and the hotel is located next to a bunch of restaurants. You can order delivery and they'll bring it to your room.

In addition, there were multiple dining options, including international cuisine, a luxurious spa, and personalized butler service. Breakfast was a highlight, featuring various fresh and delicious options, including made-to-order omelets and fresh juices. The attentive staff ensured everything was well-stocked. The hotel is in a central location and proximity to major attractions, shopping, and public transport.

Only issue I faced was the shower leaking water and it kept me awake at night, also there is a clicking sound that comes from the wooden doors, the shower issue was repetitive. The wooden doors should be replaced cause they don’t isolate the sound enough.

The STAFF were amazing…Jaycee from Butler service ❤️❤️❤️ so professional and friendly, Caroline the duty manager as well, Mariyami was so professional and friendly. The location is amazing, for sure the most calm location in Dubai. Sarah also ❤️, check in process was super smooth

The pool area could be nicer with more plants and more welcoming atmosphere. As a luxury brand, I could imagine a few more nice amenities in the room (not only for request), like body scrub and candles around the bath tub or fresh flowers.

Great location at the Business Bay. The hotel is in nice condition, room is huge and has a beautiful design, bed is extremely comfortable. Staff is super kind (from the doormen to the receptionist and the waiters). They were kind enough to give us late check-out which made our day much better. Breakfast has good local and international options.

It was an amazing experience, the kids were super happy, every staffs was reception to butler was friendly, welcoming and warmth, I was extremely tired because of the long flight, and I arrived at the hotel at 8am, I asked if it’s possible for an early check in, the kind receptionist told me he will see what he can do, I was at the lobby taking a nap, to my surprised in less than an hour, we were given a room before 9am, the room was excellent, Abdel the butler was fantastic and all ours needs were done in a minute.

If we keep coming back to this place there must be a reason. exceptional service and beautiful huge rooms. Nice breakfast and internal restaurants. this year the weather was so nice that we had breakfast everyday on the patio overlooking the water, really refreshing. beside the great experience in the hotel, the place is very convenient in terms of location and there is always a taxi waiting for passengers outside, removing any waiting time. It's the little things like this that sets a place apart from others!
