In dates we stay there was some construction going on the site and at breakfast it was impossible to stay on the terrace. I would think it would be better if construction activities start after the time of breakfast , unfortunately it wasn’t the case and we eat our breakfast accompanied by the terrible sound of heavy machineries.

Great location , very clean and comfortable room and what’s important for me fantastic pillows. Very professional work of reception . Mr. Abbas is always helpful . Thank you for making our stay so good

The head shower pressure was very low, & unacceptable for a high-priced hotel like Address Hotels. I requested for the technician to fix it, he did come & found that the water flow was very low. But he could not find any blockage in the shower-head. Eventually, he gave a conclusion that this is the same water pressure in all the rooms for Shower heads. This was very embarrassing for the Address Hotel group. Shower is a basic need for any hotel. The first thing a guest expects from a hotel is good shower with water pressure, and a good night sleep on the bed, with amazing pillow. Overall, I think the property should really concentrate on the water pressures for shower heads. I was completely disappointed by the shower experience, which is one of my basic requirement for getting ready for my business meetings, holidays & feeling fresh for my family & friends. This hotel is absolutely beautiful and superb in every aspect! We stayed in a room with Burj Khalifa and Fountain view and we loved everything about our stay. The room was so spacious, clean and modern, every little detail was carefully designed for our comfort. The friendliness of the staff and the customer service are just exceptional and I can say we had the best experience ever! I would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody who wants to be treated with greatest care and attention as well as enjoy the most beautiful interior and really outstanding views of Burj KHalifa and Dubai Fountains. We had a special occasion to celebrate as a couple and the staff organized for us the best welcome treats and made our room so beautiful and romantic! Not only this but we also received the most beautiful bouquet with red roses on the second day of our stay because we had also a birthday celebration apart from our special occasion which was the primary reason for us choosing this hotel. We have the warmest feelings and will keep lovely memories from our stay in absolutely fabulous hotel and we can’t wait to return again!
