Once we took el. scooter (LIME) for coming back to hotel and didn't know that there was no parking area by hotel in the app- just make sure before ride where can you leave it.

The best choice for few days stay! Breathtaking views and the nicest custumer service. The buses were providen for different locations ( Dubai mall, Soluna beach bar which was included (very nice aswell), and other destinations. Our room was always cleaned and refilled with all extras. Even after check out - we could stay and use pool area. Thanks for that!

Staffs were very friendly and helpful that we ended paying directly at the hotel to stay for one more night so instead of checking out on the 1/06/24 we checked out on 02/06/24.

I didn't like the view of my room on the 3rd floor. No bathtub.The hot breakfast and fruits wasn't different and colourful, the half board items for dinner in one of the restaurants wasn't satisfying ,and in buffet dinner you cant find Mediterranean meals and food.

The staff was so friendly, the atmosphere was good and the room was clean and comfortable. If you are a solo traveller it's a good choice.

Reception staff are Robots. Ordered a taxi from out of my room 15 min prior and Reception didn’t do anything to order. Had to wait 10 more minutest in the lobby. Checkout disaster with Ms V….I had several Restaurant bills and wanted to check the receipts. I was told to go to the restaurant to get them. The night auditor usually collects the receipts and a guest can see them at the c/o to check. Wasn’t ask I I enjoyed the stay and no good bye…bitter taste after such a great stay. Check in with Shadia was great!

Kind of hotel where you can spend your whole day in. The restaurants, pool bar, shisha bar all fantastic and have good offers. I really liked the laid back vibe at the pool. Guests and staff all relaxed and nice. Nice tech systems. Hotel knows when you out of the room and send HSK in the afternoon to clean your room. Room service 24/7 and shishas are great. Good alternative buffets options in the restaurant on a daily basis.

Reception should be better trained as they were trying to overcharge me an early check in. Very disappointing after a 10 hours flight having to deal with that. But at the end they got it sorted

The temperature of the water in the shower sometimes changed on it's own.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful! The room was very clean, spacious and soundproofed. The pool was amazing and they provided clean, warm towels.

Public transport are missing however there is some bus transfers offered by the hotel but only for a specific time and area

Great place to stay in Dubai, very close to Business Bay, Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. There is a lot of great pleace to visit nearby, and also the hotel inside, like gym, spa (which is open until 9 and the Burj Khalifa is visible from the pool!!!). Food is very high variety.
